That's not nuts. That's called being reasonable. It may come as a shock to you but we do not have the resources to take care of the rest of the world. We're actually in a ton of debt and running it up every day with a giant yearly deficit.

Nah, having hysterical meltdowns over people immigrating here is anything but reasonable, especially given isolationist desire to hide behind the oceans. If you aren’t willing to help fix the problem you can’t complain when people find their way out however they can.

There is an overarching contradiction about our mmigration history

1. They come here and our economy expands.
2. There gave always been people who warn that immigrants will hurt our economy.

If your children fall to the stupidity it's your own fault. You have little to no control with public education. Smart people dont send their children to public school. Your tax money is the least of your worries.

No it isn't. The public education system being indoctrination camps for the far-left is actually the biggest worry. I'd worry about it even if I didn't have any kids.

By design you have very little if any control over a public school. If you have children don't send them. Don't worry about your taxes. That money is gone. Your absolute number one priority is your children and their education, not fighting with the local school board that is a waste of time. Educate your children where YOU have control.

I am presuming you are fighting the school board while your children are being indoctrinated in the school. That's just plain stupid. If I presumed wrong, so be it. My children and their education is my number one priority, period. They don't set foot in a public institution for the purpose of an academic education, ever. Fighting the school board is Don Quixote jousting at windmills. Maybe you will slay the dragon. Probably you won't. But that fight should not be the priority. The real fight is the the education of YOUR children. Always has been. The school boards power depends on your children's participation, they have no power over your children if they dont participate. If want to really hurt those fools encourage other parents to take their children out of the public halls of indoctrination.

Let me give you a hint, because you don't seem to be picking it up. There isn't a fix. Further, reducing immigration is not hiding from anything, it's merely a policy of controlling the labor pool in a country or controlling what kind of burden you put on your infrastructures.

But that doesn't keep them from existing in a world where the indoctrination has spread to nearly all facets of life, and therefor they will be influenced, as kids and then later young adults tend to do.
