What is the Real Correct Religion?

None of them. They're all wrong. People need to get over it and simply accept reality as it is, rather than making up ridiculous religions that pretend reality is the way they wish it was.

What do you folks feel is the real correct religion..... if any at all?

Well, all I can say is that I feel there is a real interaction with my chosen deity and my prayers are largely answered when the prayers aren't stupid. So I will stay with Christianity.

If there is a god, then there are many pathes to that god. The idea that there's a Christian God and anyone who doesn't believe in him and his son is condemned to burn in hell for all eternity is just plain old nonsense to me. Same with all the rest. Don't believe X? You're doomed. No way in hell. Pardon the pun.

Most all pathes to God, imo.

Whatever group of people who share most of your beliefs and can help you become a better person...

I sure wouldn't use the term "real" or "correct, but I think if you took Christianity and stripped it down to the red letters, removed Paul from the equation and the connection to the old Testament, then you might have something.

I agree totally. Christianity has been corrupted to the point that for many it has become little more than a mutual admiration society.
But, in defense of the larger christian religions, they do a lot of good when disaster strikes and they truck in relief supplies, etc.
Salvation Army, Catholics, Mormons are the 3 that come to mind when it comes to being there and providing relief. The Jewish faith is big enough to help in the same manner, and likely does. Could be that those doing the helping are not bragging about it....

Logically, that doesn't make much sense. Why does there have to be many different paths? If there is a God, there could be many paths, one path, or no path to heaven. Assuming it decided to create a heaven and/or hell. It's a God and can do whatever it pleases regardless of if it's fair or loving by our standards.

Yes: Christianity. Others will disagree with me of course... as is their privilege.

I believe in free will, though, so I also believe in coexistence and tolerance.

I believe Christianity is the only correct faith and that all others are wrong. I believe in free will and not oppressing those who believe differently than me, however I believe all other faiths and beliefs besides Christianity are false.

None of them. While I agree with the fact that religion is meant to make you a better person, I think organized religion should be dismantled ASAP.

But which Christian church?

But which Christian church?

Yes, there is a certain amount of dispute over that. :)

In most cases, I consider those who profess Jesus as the Son of God and Savior, and who try to follow Him to the best of their understanding and ability, to be my fellow Christians, regardless of other doctrinal differences we may have.

What is the Real Correct Wine?

ooops... religion

Depends on your taste

What about any belief in a supreme being makes much sense?

For one religion to take ownership of God and say, "Here's what he mandates. Here's what he thinks. Here's the only way you'll honor him," in my opinion is arrogant and self-serving.

Just because the Catholic Church says if I die in moral sin I'll go to hell doesn't mean that's the truth. Just because someone doesn't believe in Jesus Christ doesn't mean he's condemned to hell...no matter what the Christian bible says.

Jews, Christians, Muslims, Jehovah Witnesses . . . most all pathes to God. That's just what I believe.

I don't think there is any correct religion.

I also believe that most religions have parts wrong. However, I don't believe that having those parts wrong will send those people to hell or whatever "bad" place there might be.

And, if the atheists and some others are right, and we all just die and that's it, then it won't matter anyways.

I am not sure there is any real correct religion but if I had to pick the most real? Start with Zoroastrianism.

It is why the X-ian and most other faiths exist anyways:)

This.

Except you know, change Christianity to Islam.

If I didn't believe mine was the right one and everyone else being wrong and on the incorrect path. I wouldn't be religious

I do think all three Abrahamic religions have elements of the truth in them. Especially Judaism.

The correct religion would be one that requires no teaching. That someone could discover on their own. This suggests all religions right now are wrong.

On the other hand, there is nothing to stop Dieties from making all religions correct. Remember, logic does not apply to them.

Maybe God doesn't care how you say your prayers, only that you say them.

I think every one of those books is so... small.

A lot of people read those books and feel comforted. I feel restrained. Shackled to a set of beliefs that are too simple for the awesome thing that is reality. How did the universe begin? How did we get here?

God did it.

How did God create the earth?

Poof. Really, boil it down, that's it. Poof. There's a problem with "poof," though. We have the capacity, whether through divine will or not, to understand so much more than that. That God would give us this capacity and then demand that we stop at "poof" is something I am simply unable to reconcile.

Reality dwarfs the imagination, and imagination dwarfs religion. Religion requires that we stop asking questions. It's God's Will. His plan is not for us to know. Religion has always suppressed knowledge it sees as a threat, and even today it still tries. Museums are erected in support of things that are provably false. Monuments to clinging to a lie. Is there a God? I don't know, but if there is, I cannot believe that He wrote any of those books.
