Flynn was denied his basic rights by the FBI.

It is fascinating that the trump hating Comey, McCabe, and Strzok conspired to take a whack at them so early and so blatantly out of order.
Flynn had no idea he was walking into an illegal ambush.

Oh and the original interview notes indicate Flynn was not lying. The later altered versions may have indicated something different.

On Jan. 26 Yates “informed the White House Counsel that they wanted to give a ‘heads up’ to us” about Flynn’s deception. The Post reported that Yates’ warning to McGahn included something Spicer didn’t mention in his Tuesday briefing: the danger that Flynn was “vulnerable to Russian blackmail.”

She was fired for it.

Mirandizing is a civil right to prevent people from self incrimination you implied Flynn didn't need to be afforded that basic civil right. So YES you certainly implied that Flynn should not be afforded a basic civil right. But that is Ok I guess since he was on the evil Trump team. If you want your civil rights then you need to give Flynn his regardless of his level of knowledge. Don't you find it odd that team Mueller and Rosenstein won't let Congressional oversight talk with the second FBI agent or see his notes from the interview and there are 3 versions of the 302 and the 302 that Mueller is working off of is dated 7 months after the interview and the SP did not turn over the original 302 when ordered by the judge necessitating a second demand to produce it by the judge. Something stinks. The FBI and the SP are not behaving above board.
