Should the total Mueller report be made public?

No duh, Sherlock.

The system calls for a criminal investigation when there is suspicion of an actual crime. We don't just let the government decide they are gonna investigate ol Oscar for the potential of some crime and then investigate until they ultimately find one. Right?

Or are you enjoying our slide into a police state like that?

The right loves their strawman arguments, don't they?

You're implying witch hunting, which is all a bunch of nonsense. Trump wants you to believe that and apparently you've bought into it.

I'm all for investigations when there is probable cause. With Trump, there was probable cause.

Given that he has a history of being a scofflaw, expanding the scope of the investigation to include anything else they might find along the way is warranted.

Americans need to know if their president is a crook. We already know that Trump defrauded american taxpayers to the tune of some 400 million.

I"m sure Mueller will find real crimes. If you doubt any of his indictments, read them, they are detailed and specific, the kinds of things one cannot fabricate. Sure, there are sometimes another side of any story, and if the indicted do not plead guilty, they are entitled to their day in court.

Currently, there are some 17 investigations surrounding Trump.

I assure you, Trump is no spring chicken, quite the opposite. So much so that he is a threat to America's national
security.

If you are against a "slide into a police state" Trump is the last guy you would support, he has suggested that criticism and shaming of him by comedians should be illegal. ( Only a moron would even suggest such a thing ).

Nice spin but Mueller is finding real Crimes by real criminals. Corruption and obstruction of justice is not jaywalking.
I am fine with finding real crimes as long as it is not just a lopsided justice.

I think in an effort to be fair, they need to have a special counsel with unlimited funds, unlimited scope and unlimited time to investigate slenderfella, the fat lady and almost first husband, Lynch, Comey, the Muel, Rosenstein, the Ohrs, Steele, Simpson, Rice, Holder, Strzok and Page, Clapper, Brennan, Powers, et al... and their entire families and all known associates... be willing to go in with guns drawn in the wee hours of the early morning, bankrupt and threaten to go after family members, willy-nilly break attorney-client privilege as seen fit by an engaged sc and 17 rabid for scalps set of all right-wing prosecutors and investigators, some of whom worked for and contributed and voted for the Trump campaign and/or worked for his businesses or foundation.

That would be a start to equal justice under the law, so yeah. Wrap up this piece of trash current investigation and we will have our go. Turnabout is certainly fair play.

I am sure as a patriot and a lover of equal justice under the law, you will wholeheartedly agree, yes?

No you don't get it.

Mueller would not hire 17 prosecutors if it were only jaywalking he would hire that many prosecutors because of the size of the task. He's moving much swifter than the investigations against Hillary and Bill, and I suspect you didn't bitch about those investigations

FYI, there is no attorney-client privilege when the attorney and the client conspire to commit a crime.
You repeat yourself but no better aquit yourself.

BS, the Muel is hot to save his own arse as he is/was complicit. There was no conspiracy to commit a crime... name the statute then show me how it applies then show me where its been successfully prosecuted.

Uhh, there have been tons of investigations into the Clintons. You don't want justice, you want your opinion validated.

Don't you want due process to run its course?

Mueller still seems to be grasping at straws - going after people because they can't remember forwarding one email out of thousands years ago, for instance. Or spending thousands of hours of effort to bring Flynn to trial and the recommending NO PRISON TIME?

Several months ago I joked that Santa Claus would arrive before Mueller actually produced anything on his PRIMARY job - finding evidence of collusion between Trump campaign and the Russian government. In just a few hours that will turn from a joke to a factual statement. Anyone wanna bet on the Easter Bunny? The Tooth Fairy? A cure for cancer?
True all that, hat tip.

From my research on all this, it seems the Muel is complicit in a whole host of deep state missteps [ie., U 1] and coverups by him under several administrations. They made a very lazy attempt to cover their tracks as they thought most assuredly the fat lady was gonna win and nobody would ever look. And nobody would have.

Can you imagine the amount of soiled unisex panties the night of the election 2016?

The Muel was quickly appointed, even tho he should have recused having just been denied his old FBI/M director job by Trump, appointed by the guy who recommended the Comey firing, Rosensteinks [ also should have recused for serveral reasons, also involved in the U1 and Tenex coverup and sale of a national security asset to our arch enemies] for clean up duty. He keeps using the full power, budget and force, uncontrolled, of the US govt to throw the kitchen sink, and everything he can lay his hoofs upon, at Trump and team.

Under the same scrutiny, nobody in their right minds would think slenderfella, fat lady and their combined whole posse of conspirators would hold up near as well as Trump has already. I myself am surprised that they have yet to have ANYTHING on the man after two years full press by a battalion of disgruntled leftist prosecutors.

That and an insidious cointel op trying to tempt Trump teamers into who knows exactly what in their failed attempt to accomplish in that mission.

Trump has been doing the kid's gloves thing as getting rid of all those initiating, controlling and running this subversive coup against a sitting president would have been a liability up to this point.

Now he is in a position to slash and burn, get down to the core of all those that have been arrayed against him hold back no quarter, just as they have not. They will be attempting, maybe succeeding in impeaching him... but our Senate better start standing up for our guy who has yet to have a criminal glove, despite the oh so many swings, laid upon him. With impeachment no longer a theoretical question, with nothing to lose, he does not have to worry about burning political capital... he needs to just do what he does best.

Win. Blow away the competition using anything and everything necessary. Win. My bets are squarely upon Trump. This next year is gonna have lots of fire works before July 4... I am quite certain.

As I pointed out, there is plenty of evidence in those links.

1. Trump campaign officials met with Russian agents. The specifics of the meeting appear to be open to debate, but it's hard to imagine it was anything other than the promised dirt on Clinton to which Don Jr crowed, 'I love it': evidence.

2. Trump fired comey, fired and replaced justice officials and confessed both on TV and radio to doing so for the purposes of impeding the investigation: evidence, and very close to the PROOFTM that the interwebz incessantly demand.

3. Trump continues to try and skew it with constant twitter rants: evidence.

4. Trump's personal lawyer has pleaded guilty to committing campaign finance violations at the direction of Individual-1, AKA Donald J Trump. Also very strong evidence bordering on the ever-elusive PROOFTM

Evidence. Whether we choose to accept it or dismiss it depends on how much we trust or distrust Trump, I suppose, but it's still there. It's hard to be subjective anymore; it is easy to be civil however, so let's wait and watch with calm heads till the Mueller findings come in.

As I said, maybe it'll be like the Clinton emails and they'll say, Nah, he didn't do anything too serious.

1. Not illegal, dead end.

2. Upon the rec of both the AG and deputy AG for cause. Besides, Trump can fire anyone in the exec branch for any or no reason, Comey testified to such under oath. Another dead end.

3. Trump has as much freedom of speech as do you or I. If you were being falsely accused you would just lay down would ya? I certainly wouldn't... and neither does Trump, nor is it illegal. Dead end #3.

4. Cohen did that for the promise of a reduced sentence, there is no such criminal campaign law that even comes close to the circumstances involved. Dead end #4.

The Muel is complicit in the U1 coverup, sale of a national security asset to our arch-enemy, Russia. As is McCabe, Rosensteinks... there are so many bad actors involved in all this that to just sit back and let them run roughshod over our system of justice with their lynching party of fools is not something I will take in my stride. This has gone on too long, gone too far and while it was kind of a joke in the beginning, its become serious now.

You are relatively new here, but I have been explaining all the facts to the knuckleheads on your side for over two years now... tired, damned tired of this soft coup bull **** occurring right in front of us and your side ignoring everything but Trump. And as proven above, y'all got absolutely zilch.

I am not into drinking from your koolade bowl, bro.

I have looked into them. You overlooked the realities. Cite the crime, by exact statute, by which you have any evidence of a crime, any crime, by Trump.

Think you can name any specific crimes committed by the fat lady, slenderfella, Comey, McCabe, Rice, Clapper, Brennan, etc... I can... but that makes little difference to you, you have a hard on for the Don [all y'all are rabid like spurned lovers] and you won't let it go despite not having any evidence of ANYTHING criminal.

I tire of your side's mindless lemmingness, nothing you put forward is real, solid and provable... except for your unreasonable hatred for Trump.

Thats all, thats it...nothing.

Too little of anything, no substance, no debate, just deflection and hiding the fact that you cannot and do not want to address the facts.

Yano?

Congress should see ALL of it, or there will seriously be hell to pay.

If Congress sees it, then it will be leaked any time it serves a Congressman's interest.

I tire of your side's ignoring all the evidence that has been made public.
We don't ignore it, we use it to prove to the intelligent who truly want to know the facts that none of what was done was in any way criminal...then point out the facts where the fat lady broke multiple identifiable statutes concerning national security secrets, FOIA, that Comey, Brennan, Clapper, McCabe lied under oath, that an opposing party's never verified dirt doc was used to get warrants to spy on fellow Americans...

You know, the real stuff you folks ignore... and with reason, its pretty damning stuff.

i Would normally say we should get to see all of it except the classified parts. But since trump is the original classifying authority, that becomes problematic. So in this case I say release the whole thing.

The report should be fully released to Congress, and released to the public with the national security sections redacted.

The public should see everything that Congress sees. That way, we'll know if the Democrat congress critters are lying.

Scared of you? No. When I made my post, it expected it to fall directly under yours. When I submitted the post, I saw that Uptower had posted before I got the chance to. Thought about it for a minute, wondered if I should edit the post to include yours, since it no longer fell directly below yours, and then thought, "Nah, nobody will piss and moan that much if I don't quote them in a thread they are actually involved in." Guess I was wrong. You'll always have people pissing and moaning about something.

And jaywalkers? He's found a little more than jaywalking.

  • George Papadapoulus was found guilty of lying to the FBI (and not lying about jaywalking).
  • Paul Manafort was indicted on 25 counts from the FBI and not one of them was for jaywalking.
  • Rick Gates pled down to lying to the FBI and conspiracy (not to jaywalk, though).
  • Michael Flynn pled guilty to lying to the FBI (but he didn't lie about jaywalking).
  • Michael Cohen pled guilty to 8 counts of tax charges and campaign finance violations (maybe they've yet to charge him with jaywalking?)
  • Many, many others are either pleading guilty and / or have been charged with different crimes relating to Russia. Not a single one of them have anything to do with jaywalking.

They didn't plead guilty to "collusion", neither.

Where's the crime that was being investigated?

Yano?

It's a simple request.

I guess it's just too difficult for you

I have given plenty of facts in the thread, you give none and then want to complain about ... who even knows?

Listen, just go back to sleep, if that and ignoring what is going on before you works for you... fine, just quit wasting my time.
