really? do educate us on where the jury instructions were contrary to the laws of florida and what reversible error the court engaged in

Oh no you don't--I said absolutely nothing about the jury instructions being contrary to Florida Law...

That was the prosecution's fault for not properly preparing her and shouldn't have biased her testimony....Her hostility to West was due to their interaction during deposition....He baited her---"can you speak English?" when he had been interacting with her for months...

don't bother trying... you won't convince me that dumb ass woman is some sort of a victim...
she's simply stupid and was not a credible witness for the prosecution.

Yes, I'm sure being there in person and actually seeing a witness testify tells you a lot more than reading the transcripts or watching bits and pieces on television.

anyone who is say over the age of 15 or who has been in a relationship with other humans understands this as you and I do. Its like that silly commercial where one guy uses the word DUDE 6 different ways and each has a completely different meaning. How someone says something is often as important as what they say.

You really don't appear to understand trials. The Jury is called the TRIER OF THE FACTS. The TOTF determines the CREDIBILITY of the witnesses and gives the testimony of such witnesses the weight the TOTF determines is proper

Did I state otherwise? At least three of the jurors did not find Rachael's testimony credible.... I am questioning their reasons--because she was black, young, Haition, under-educated???

Lol! That commercial's so funny dude!

yeah.. i'm sure they doubted her because she's black

oy vey.

Or because she was improving the truth?

yeah I love it when the guy sits right next to the other guy rather than using the rest of the couch

DUDE

maybe because they thought she was a lying S o' S?

who cares

why are you so emotionally involved in this case? There are so many other things that require more energy. Every day a kid with less baggage than Travon Martin gets killed by another black guy and Obama, Sharpturd or the other racial racketeers don't give a rat's ass about those deaths.

Manslaughter? Why would you who thinks Zimmerman is a wannabe Klansman that hunted a black child down just so he could kill him because he's black be satisfied with a manslaughter verdict?

Don't get carried away....I have never called Zimmerman anything but a liar, a killer and a coward....The Klan wouldn't have him anyway....I would have been satisfied with a manslaughter verdict...

As it was. Of course the reliability of people giving testimony is always taken into account too.

Don't you think that the Defense checked her out thoroughly-and would have brought it out during trial if they had found anything criminal? I think that the prosecution did a lousy job all around tho....

How gracious of you to be willing to accept manslaughter when the state can't prove it's case.

so you have a problem with people defending themselves.

mmmk... good luck with that.

Not when they instigated the whole affair... In most other states he would have been found Guilty.....

1) you have ZERO evidence of such things.
2) You are yet again wrong.

Who said anything about criminal? The jury either believes a witness's testimony or they don't.

You continue to show you have no idea about jury trial. Except in very particular instances the criminal history of witnesses is not admissable.

I think that the prosecution did a lousy job all around tho....

They did the best they could with the facts they had to work with but when your own star eye witness testifies that it was Martin on top throwing blows down on Zimmerman, well, there's not much to work with.

you're a racist!

sorry, not sure why i said that.... it felt appropriate....i guess i got caught up in the fad

LOL--I do understand.. I have had dreams--or should I say nightmares -- about this dam case....

Really? Wow. You need to step away for your own sanity.

What are you talking about? Clearly she has particularized, first hand knowledge of the events that night. The prosecution was obviously remiss in not calling Juanita to the stand

I watched every bit of her testimony.. She definitely had an attitude and was hostile to West, but I thought she was believable.... I suppose if your not used to a teenager with an attitude, it could rub you wrong....

I am emotionally involved in this case because I have had family members and friends murdered... In Chicago they would have labeled this case as gang related and it wouldn't have got the publicity that this case in Florida has received..... Demeaning our President and our activists accomplishes nothing but further division....

I am not at all religious, but I PRAY that she is never on a jury. EVER. God help anyone that might have to deal with her flighty decisions in such a position.

Well, I think that I could have done a better job than the prosecution did.... They knew what the jury instructions would be yet they barely, IMO, concentrated on this....

Hahaha--I've already served on a jury.......
