Sure it is....paying off someones fines and restitution expecting them to vote a certain way is criminal, wrong, and immoral on all counts. Read the very first sentence. It requires that the person give money in exchanhe for voting certain way. There is not even an obligation to vote with the charitable paying off of these fines. All 32k can stay home, not vote, not even register to do so, and still not have any further obligation to Bloomberg or anyone else in relation to this issue.

Sad story. The GOP institutes a poll tax to keep likely Democrats off the voting rolls, and Bloomberg and others take steps to get them back on the rolls. And there is no test for voting preferences about who got their fines paid, and those who can register are free to vote their conscience.

FWIW, the only problem with "mass mail voting" is lots of voters is a good thing for Democrats. The GOP likes fewer voters. The end. Mass mail voting doesn't know party either. If the GOP don't like more people voting, I don't care.

You have to show evidence that an actual agreement or demand to vote at all, let alone vote for specifically a certain candidate was conditioned when the fines were paid. No such deal or arrangement was made.

He is not doing this out of the good will of his heart, he is doing it to buy votes for Biden to win in Florida....this is illegal.

Fair elections is the point, which is why we have laws which prevent "vote buying", which Bloomberg will soon find out.
