Not only is he the the worst president the country has EVER had, he is the worst past president the country has EVER had.

It's an unwritten RULE. Just like presidential candidates releasing their tax returns. If it is OK for trump to break an unwritten rule , then it is perfectly OK for President Obama to do the same.
