No. End of story. Get government out of the bedroom.
I don't think the question was limited to the bedroom.No. End of story. Get government out of the bedroom.
Sure. Don't have sex in public.I don't think the question was limited to the bedroom.

This still reads as a recommendation as opposed to whether or not it should be illegal.Sure. Don't have sex in public.

I wanted to make sure I understood your position. My position is get government largely out of the sex business. ****ing in public is more of a public decency issue than a legislating sex issue.
Either way I don't feel strongly about it as much as I care about stuff like anti-prostitution/sex work laws, anti-porn legislation, sodomy laws, and anti miscegenation laws all of which should be done away with.
Sex in public is one instance where it probably should be illegal.Sex involving consenting adults (18+) --- should it be illegal in any instance?

But it is an instance of sex between consenting adults which should be illegal -- on the counter of a kitchen at a restaurant...Again that is a matter of public decency not consensual sex. Public decency, public health and child protection are areas of law on their own.

That would be a health department violation, not a legal one.How about in a kitchen of a restaurant on the counter while they are preparing your food order?
Would you like some extra pubes in your soup?
