New Black Panthers offer reward for capture of George Zimmerman

Wait what? You know what makes our country great? Even convicts have rights. Every one has rights, including those who have been convicted. As they are leading a condemned man into the room to be executed he has and should have rights. We are not some ****hole third world country.

X Factor is being blatantly hypocritical. Trayvon Martin had every right to be where he was. Zimmerman, a private citizen with ZERO legal authority, denied him those rights and harassed him to the point where the situation ended upon in a dead Martin. Now all of a sudden we're supposed to sit around and pretend that it was A-OK for Zimmerman to follow and encroach upon Martin but if some feel the asshole is guilty of a crime - which he clearly is - we're committing some horrible sin.

Which rights? The ones Zimmerman denied Trayvon Martin?

Oh, hey, message received. You're telling me that if someone has denied another person their rights by murdering them, then it's only fair that the murderer has his rights denied. I certainly have some sympathy for that point of view.

Message received? No you clearly haven't gotten it yet. I want you to admit that Trayvon Martin was denied his right to peacefully walk home or wherever the **** he was going in the rain with a pack of skittles and some ice tea. Once you admit that, any claim that Zimmerman was somehow in the right by stalking, confronting and killing him is automatically illogical. Do you agree?

I am rational. Zimmerman killed the kid and is trying to hide behind stand your ground. He is a killer and needs justice exacted.

I'm sure that the cops would be quite interested to see whatever evidence that you two have regarding that case. After all, you sure seem so convinced even without a trial so you must have something right?

So how long have you two been living in that area and how long have you known each other?

And yet, you'll see Kenvin and Hatuey advocate for a particular "justice" against Zimmerman without even any sort of trial. So what? Everyone should have rights, except Zimmerman? I'm looking for consistency here and I'm not finding it.

You mean the cops who made an attempt to change witness testimonies? The same cops who said some witness accounts agreed with Zimmerman even thought the witnesses themselves disagreed? The police who were siding with Zimmerman from the start? Forgive me if I don't put too much faith in biased police agencies.

WTFluke, mang!

You can't see that YOU'RE "Zimmerman,"

willing to "stalk" and MURDER someone,

based upon your FEELINGS about the barren amount of "evidence" that lame-stream-media has fed you?!?

Dear GOD, I pray you're never selected for ANYONE's jury.

I've given you way more time than I would any other annoying newcomer with an annoying writing style. Don't really care to debate a Sarah Palin wannabe.

Shooting of Trayvon Martin - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The police say she gave an official account to them that agreed with Zimmerman's story.[67][68] Cutcher and her roommate told CNN journalist Anderson Cooper that their own account of the incident to the police did not agree with Zimmerman's, and that they had demanded that the police retract that incorrect statement.

Police siding with Zimmerman from the start:

They also said, about the police's attitude at the scene, that "they were siding with him [Zimmerman] from the start" and that they heard the pair in their backyard and a "very young voice" whining, with no sounds of a fight. They heard a gunshot; the crying stopped immediately, and they saw Zimmerman on his knees pinning Martin down on the ground.[69]

The ball is in your court.

I haven't ever claimed Zimmerman was in the right about anything. I only started posting in this thread when Kenvin said he'll be happy when Zimmerman's dead and then you hopped on Kenvin's "convict him/punish him (maybe even kill him) without even bothering with an investigation or trial" bandwagon.

I cannot make the concessions you want me too, because I don't know all the details.

Eyewitness proof, sweetie!

Or ... well ... it's so much easier to "spin" the tapes, eh?

EARwitness proof!

There ya go, Hat.e! Run with THAT, baby!

At this point?

It's all you've got left ...

The facts are easy:

1. Trayvon Martin was walking around talking to his gf after having picked up candies and some ice tea.
2. Zimmerman, an neighbourhood watchman with a history of racial profiling noticed him and deemed him to be suspicious without any evidence to back his assertion up.
3. An armed Zimmerman approached Martin and within their physical and verbal exchange, Martin, who by all available evidence, was doing NOTHING of an illegal nature, was killed.

Do you honestly want to play this "we just don't know" naive game? At minimum this is a negligent homicide.

YOU don't know any of what YOU're posting.

YOU weren't there.

NONE of us were,
and all we can go on is the information that the AUTHORITIES over this case tell us,

and that information refutes practically everything you're posting.

Wrong.
Totally inaccurate and biased narrative.

I'm sorry.

If calling someone on FACTS is considered at "personal attack?"

...

I don't know what to say, actually ...

Lol - sure it's inaccurate. Which is why you couldn't respond to which part was inaccurate?

Police siding with Zimmerman from the start:

Has any other eye witnesses corroborated those two women? Even those women said that they were not the first to call 911 so obviously there were others. Why are we just hearing about these two? Is it possible that they are just seeking their 15 mins of fame?

Why would any other eye witness need to corroborate those two women? Are their statements the only ones that don't seem to fit into the lies woven by Zimmerman and Co(ps)?

Dunno  - What I do know is that evidence has been provided. Now you seem to have a problem with it.

I am going to be a bit of a devils advocate here. If Zimmerman had actually spotted someone who was going to commit a crime (not Trayvon because he was just an innocent kid), like a black gangbanger who was on his way to go rob and kill some little old lady and he would have stopped him than everybody would be singing his praises and all kinds of political candidates would be knocking on his door for his endorsement, etc. etc. etc.

Defending your community in the face of real danger is a noble thing to do and if someone does that he deserves all the praise he/she will get so let's not act like being a brave private citizen with zero legal autorithy is always a bad thing.

In this case however mr. Zimmerman did not do the right thing. Trayvon wasn't suspicious, he was just a kid who did not pose a threat to anyone. Zimmerman did not stop a crime, he might actually have committed one with no justification.

And this witness who said that Trayvon attacked Zimmerman might be right, if I was a young black kid and was being followed by an unknown man and he was acting on his stand his ground rights by defending himself from a threat (the threat being Zimmerman) and Zimmerman on his part was also acting upon that stupid stand your ground law.

And I say stupid because in fact both Trayvon and Zimmerman could have claimed this stand your ground defense. If Trayvon had killed Zimmerman after being followed and feeling threatened he could have used the stand your ground defense. And in some part he was not wrong to fear for his life from a much bigger latino man with a weapon who was following him through the area. He most likely did feel threatened.

The problem could have been avoided. Zimmerman should have done what the police said, he should not have followed this kid and than Trayvon would now be sitting safe and sound in his house and Zimmerman would be at home too. Sometimes when there is no real danger or great need to play the hero you should let the police handle it, it is their job, not yours.
