It is a fictional narrative that has grown from a factual seed. There is usually a kernel of truth in most of the issues that Trump supporters and MAGA extremists are concerned about. Trump supporters, to a person, all suffer from the same human cognitive bias, (along with many Democrats and liberals as well): They mistakenly believe that the more something occupies their attention, the more often they see it, the more common it must be in the world.
