Well, today, abuse of power is the default mode of most of officialdom. They are encouraged by the highest office. Pardons for insurrectionists and cop beaters is more than just a clue for today's deemed acceptable behaviour by uniform wearers.

The badges are often on their belts and concealed by their garments. Badges on flak jackets are fabric and have no identifying name or number. Oftentimes they do not produce warrants on demand. ICE administrative warrants are not issued by a judge but by an ICE official. ICE administrative warrants do not allow ICE agents to enter a home or a private space. ICE agents do not have the legal authority to demand identification from US citizens in public places without probable cause.

The Trump administration has recruited agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Bureau of Prisons, the IRS, the Marshals Service, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to bolster its deportation dragnet, in addition to local and state police via so-called 287(g) agreements. Federal law does require immigration officers to identify themselves when making an arrest. Specifically, they must state their affiliation with ICE or another federal law enforcement agency as soon as it is practical and safe to do so.

That’s not true, in many cases there’s no identification on them, not even a name tag. And, they refuse to identify themselves.

They aren’t required to have any warrants much of the time. They cannot produce what they don’t have.

Anyway, if anyone can point to instances of people pretending to be ICE agents and rounding innocent people up for no apparent reason at all, you’re free to do so at any time.

Otherwise, this act is just a lot of fake hysterical bullshit posts.
