I am the son of an immigrant and I grew up around illegal aliens. I grew up accepting their humanity and recognized the contributions they make to society well over and above what they take, right-wing white nationalist propaganda put to the side if only for a moment. The only issue I have with illegal aliens as a group is their lack of legal status. If I were forced to choose between all illegal aliens being expelled and all illegal aliens being made citizens, I believe that all of them should be made citizens of the United States. It would be of the greatest benefit to the United States. And most of them are genuinely better, more hard-working people taken as an aggregate than the average American citizen.

On the day before urgent hospitalization Noem visited a biological hazard lab at Ft. Detrick MD. She was with Rbt. Kennedy Jr. so she was doubly exposed to biological hazards. To make it worse Sen. Rand Paul was right there exhaling fouled oxygen right next to her.

I wouldn't be in the same room as K Jr. myself. Ft. Detrick is about 50 mi north of DC and 45 mi west of Baltimore. It includes facilities of DHS and HHS.
