It is not the baggage so much as it is that she looks horrible in the spotlight....she is so clearly not up to it.

I said here when I was fresh that I thought that she could make a decent candidate and that I would consider voting for her, but I was wrong.

I agree she's absolutely qualified and she'd make a great president. I don't know if HRC would have been a "great" president but I certainly feel she is more qualified than Mr. President **** Show.

Independents weren't the reason why Hillary lost. Lower turn-out among key Democrat voting blocs is why she lost. Obama lost independents in 2012 by a slightly larger margin than Hillary did in 2016, and yet he STILL won by five million votes. Why? Because Democrats came out strong for him, including in the three blue states that Trump barely won over Hillary. Had Clinton been able to match Obama's numbers in 2012, she would have been president today.

You know, except for people who do not tire of rather tired-trolling of Elizabeth Warren on the right and those who despise her on the identity-driven left, I do not see how much purchase this has over the American people as a whole. Elizabeth Warren is basically a more likable, somewhat-further-to-the-left, more down-to-Earth version of Hillary Clinton. Well, forgive me, she is nothing like Hillary Clinton except that she is older, blonde white woman who is a Democrat. There the similarities end.

If she plows through, and is able to keep on trucking and shrug off the baseless attacks, sooner or later I think the snide comments are going to fade and people are actually have to discuss the issues with her, and debate her on points of principle. If the only thing conservatives have prepared against her is making fun of old references to her crab bisque entry "Pow-Wow Chow," it makes for a good zinger, it does not help get people in struggling communities job opportunities.

Oh, you are adorable. Hillary was the true winner of every debate against trump. She is light years more qualified to be president than trump. He looked like a total dick in the debates and at all his ralllies, but Hillary was so nauseating to so many people we ended up electing trump anyway HRC had a superior resume'. We need someone who can make trump look like more of a dick in comparison, someone who is young, witty, and yes, qualified, but someone who can out trump trump. I'm telling you guys I know I'm right. 2016 was not that long ago, people!
