Brits Call for New Ammunition Laws After Paris Attack

Reactionary/knee jerk legislation is rarely good.

SlipperySlope.webp

brilliant idea:roll:

yes, we know we've already effectively banned gun... but now we have to restrict ammo , so none of you hooligans can load ammo into your nonexistent guns and kill people.

It seems highly improbable that the Paris thugs got their AKs legally, and probably didn't get the ammo legally either.

This is like closing the barn door when there's no walls on the barn.

Is it just me, or is there this real resistance to laying the blame where it actually belongs? People were shot and killed in cold blood? Clearly, that's the fault of the ammo.

Brought to you by the same country that thought about banning knives this past year.

Clearly the blame that people are avoiding is on ammo. It's time we put a ban on lead and brass.

Not resistance, refusal.

If only they could ban terrorism!!!

Weren't the AKs illegal?

This is clearly a move by the brass door knob makers who are losing money from not being able to get enough to make their products.

Greetings, AmericanSpartan. :2wave:

I heard a comment today from someone that wondered if some of the European countries would now also pass their own Patriot Act. Wasn't there an Englishwoman who was beheaded in her own garden recently? These animals need to be stopped from continuing on their current rampage against Western countries' cultures! If they insist upon killing each other, which they've been doing so for over 1,300 years, why are we involved, and why are they being allowed to re-enter countries they left to join the terrorists? Disgusting!

Why were they allowed to even come into to begin with? Why?

I believe that many of them hold dual citizenship from the days when European countries ruled them, but I could be mistaken. Maybe someone else on here has the answer.

One thing you've got to hand to the British—they have the courtesy to remind us every so often why it is that our ancestors kicked their ancestors out of our country more than two centuries ago, and to show us that the reasons for doing so remain just as valid to this day.

I am forever in their debt for their they actions and bravery..

Not resistance, refusal.

How about careful guidance by an organisation that wants those guns anyway it can get them and we sit and watch but don't learn when we should be taking notes.

Let brits hide behind their pellet guns and cry. It wont happen here.

And to think so many young men died for that nation to slide into decay, death, and tyranny...

I can promise you if they say what would happen they would have marched into Parliament and shot every labor party member/leftist...
