  • My husabnd and I finally caught up on what we've missed ( the last 3 episodes ) - wow - that really took me by surprised. Sometimes the show is extremely predictable . . . did not see that. But I love how he said "father, son . . . serial killer" that was great. His son's so cute!
i feel deprived - my husband out of town so we've missed the last two episodes. We'll watch them when he gets home this coming weekend. Arg! I'm in the Dark.
Yeah - she was suspicious of Dexter and followed him around (The Doakes side of her) as well as being the Lieutenant - so when they took her character and split her into two people for the show they seemed to have gotten confused over her Doakes side and her Laguerta side and what they should and what behaviors she would and wouldn't have. Or they just felt they needed a bitchy female to rubberneck with Debra :)
I think they had serious issues writing Laguerta's character because they changed the story a bit. But she reminds me of many people I know so at least she's realistic.
Crazy indeed - but he's so lovable. I also like Masuka - he's so twisted. "science is one cold-hearted ***** with a 14 inch strap-on." LOL - I swear, he's a gem! I kind of miss Doakes - of all the people Dexter spent time with and killed he was my favorite.
Haha - Rudy's a gem. "Wouldn't it have been more fun to kill her instead of f**k her?" - just too good. My husband was wondering if Dexter realized how insane he really is. . . I don't think he does.
Absolutely I am! I've been tuned in since Day-1 . . . can't wait! The books are good, too - they took liberties and freedom with the show but I don't think any diversions are bad. It all builds him as a more well rounded character. I was a fan of Michael as an actor since the days of Six Feet Under, too - he's awesome.
    Hey Debs,

It's the damnedest thing, I was going through the "best military quotes" thread when I remembered I used to have a great Machiavelli quote in my sig, from "A History of Florence," and I remember you complimented me on it. I can't ****ing seem to remember what exactly the quote was though. :(
There's no snow left on the ground. Obviously the height of the mountain keeps some there.

I just asked the park rangers about that mountain and they said late July early august it'd be climbable lol, just found it odd you knew ;)
I know what you mean about the love of a sport and team. While I have only recently become interested in hockey, probably three years ago, since that time I have faithfully followed the Bruins. Although, while I do love hockey, football is my main sport and so I somewhat get that void you are talking about. I do not know what I would do without football for a year, I cannot imagine life without it forever, or until a new team arrives. Stuff like this is truly something all true sports fan fell, regardless of what sport we follow, because none of us want to find a time where our team is taken away. Although, I think in Atlanta's case it hurts even more because of what the NHL did for Phoenix.
:( I am sorry about the Thrashers. I do not know what I would do if one of my Boston teams left me. Maybe their moving is the beginning to the end of the world.
