    I've come across some great lists while googling. I hope you find some goodies and old friends. :) That's what I call songs I've forgotten about, but which still have meaning. :) I'm the same way too about melodies but not the titles, btw.

    I do too! If I hear an oldie, I can sing it, beginning to end word for word, but darn if I can think of the title later. :) I often surf the web, looking for lists of songs from a particular era so I can enjoy some tunes I haven't heard in a while, or collect them for my iPod. That's why I enjoy the music thread so much. Posters remind me or introduce me to something new to me. :)

    Ok! I did see those albums and thought they were wonderful! :) I enjoyed them very much. Your USMC pics are very sobering. I've seen lots of pictures of our servicemen and women in action, but none of those I have an acquaintance with. Thank you for your service RC.
