who said Other?
i want to know what the other explanation is
Higher cost of living in those places. They are more desirable places to live.

Are red necks bad people to you?
I work with a lot of them, and they remind me of the people from rural Maine & New Hampshire, but with a funny accents.
And high rates of income inequality.
And high rates of income inequality.
Of course it does. A high demand for housing in high economic growth areas makes real estate values go up, putting homes out of reach for many people. Interestingly, Mississippi has the highest poverty rate in the continental US, but they have the lowest homeless rate.
so in other words: more greedy landlords who refuse to lower the rent and don't mind walking by homeless people in tents on their way to their lucrative jobs... (or their trip to doggy psychologist...)
And high rates of income inequality.
Sure. San Francisco has the highest per capita concentration of billionaires of any city in the world.
That's how all that money flows from the blue states to the red states- so they can keep complaining about how others should learn to carry their own weight.
Because blue states have the major cities where more people live, housing costs are more. More services for the homeless, or ways to get food or money, than other places. Higher costs also
And more people live their and the cost of living is higher because they are desirable places to be and live.
Also, blue state has more people with a heart and there will be more services for those people than in greedy, selfish red states where they dont' want to pay taxes and it shows by their ****ty services
Hmmm...
Maybe the homeless in SF could use a little help from the "highest per capita billionaires" in SF?
Or, is that why they live in gated communities.

I believe these states are highest percentage-wise... per capita

well, we must always define terms. Define Compassion?
frankly, I d on't find a lot of compassion from either party toward certain people.. but that being said, I do believe that liberals in general do seem to have more understanding/compassion toward the poor.
however, if that poor person happens to be a OMG!
republican
conservative
Christian
all bets are off
thuggery often kicks in...

They do. The rich in Cali fund a far better system to help those in need than the rich in red states. Your entire argument is fake. Basing your arguments on facebook memes you read as you scroll alt right white social media is pretty bad. The reason the homeless flee red states and head toward blue states is their own people have abandoned them and all they have left is help from those who care about America.
Although, the highest poverty rates are found mostly red states.
just like a liberal
say something that goes w/o saying
apparently, so as to weasel out of an argument...??
weasel out of actually thinking of a valid answer...?
Nice.
How long did you rehearse this nonsense before you could write the words?
Why do red states have so many rednecks?
Blue states tend to have really high cost of living?
a more desirable place to live with on average higher paying jobs means more expensive housing.
Also people less able to take care of themselves tend to end up in places with more available social services.
