Credit card here.
I pay the bills off every month and earn points for cash on both my Amazon and American Express cards.
I use cash. With cash I do not have to worry about anyone tracking what I purchase or where I go.

It annoys the crap out of me when I'm standing in line waiting for someone to put all their items on the conveyor belt. When the total is given, then they take out their checkbook and slowly and painfully (for me) write a check. But! They don't tear out the check yet.....they write it in their check registry before tearing out the check. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....
Are you......planning a murder or something?![]()
You run counter to most people. Statistically, more people spend MORE when they use a CC. The most common theory is because the money is "not real".Credit card. I find I spend more money if I use cash, since I always tend to have a few bucks in my pocket and I find something to spend them on. With a credit card I'm less likely to do that.
I also get cash back rewards on the credit card that I don't get if I use cash or my debit card.
