I most often use my debit card. It's quick and easy!

Cash - it's harder to spend it when you SEE every penny and where it's going.

I don't own a cc. If I can't pay for it cash, then I don't really need it.

I almost always use my debit card. Occasionally I will pay with cash if I have some on me.

I rarely carry cash. I use my debit card for almost everything.

When I get paid I pay all the bills that are due, transfer a portion to savings, and then calculate a daily budget for the remainder. I keep that number in mind and track my daily purchases to make sure I stay in line. It's worked for me for the last 7 years without problem.

debit or cash, usually.

Credit card here.

I pay the bills off every month and earn points for cash on both my Amazon and American Express cards.

Credit or sometimes cash on small amounts.

Sweden is trying to get rid of currency. I sure hope that doesn't succeed in the US.

Debit card.

I got rid of my credit cards a long time ago and I carry less than ten dollars in cash.

If there were a secure way to pay with my phone, I'd dump the debit card.

This is what I do. Pay the balance each month, and never go over what I can't afford to pay off each month. Works good for me. Have 90 day emergency fund for unplanned stuff called life.

After getting my number compromised and catching it just in time to cancel the number and get a new card, I've stopped using debit card for online purchases.
They can't wipe out my bank account that way! :)

I use cash. With cash I do not have to worry about anyone tracking what I purchase or where I go.

Right. Can you spell "surveillance cameras"?

Or do you wear black hoodies? :rofl

Credit/debit card. I don't carry cash. Ever.

Are you......planning a murder or something? :P

It annoys the crap out of me when I'm standing in line waiting for someone to put all their items on the conveyor belt. When the total is given, then they take out their checkbook and slowly and painfully (for me) write a check. But! They don't tear out the check yet.....they write it in their check registry before tearing out the check. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

I hate checks. I don't use them. Everything we do is electronic, with very few exceptions. I might send someone a check for their birthday, but 100% of our bills are electronically paid. I think we've had the same pad of checks in the checkbook for 2-3 years now.

Credit card. I find I spend more money if I use cash, since I always tend to have a few bucks in my pocket and I find something to spend them on. With a credit card I'm less likely to do that.

I also get cash back rewards on the credit card that I don't get if I use cash or my debit card.

Debit cards expose the money in my checking account to danger should my card/PIN be stolen/compromised. I don't like that potential, so I try not to use it too much, but I do use it some.

I am the type that does better with cash, precisely because it helps keep me in line when I have to physically count the money out. I'm an impulse spender and need that constant reminder.

I prefer credit cards for large and/or important purchases, because I get better protections when a CC is used.

I almost never use a check, except for the occasional mailed bill payment, or whatever.

I would strongly oppose a "cashless" society.

You run counter to most people. Statistically, more people spend MORE when they use a CC. The most common theory is because the money is "not real".

I switched from debit/a little cash to all credit card.

It's a rewards card, so it's like getting a little discount on everything I purchase.
I pay in full every month.

I run it on a system, that operates like cash/debit.
I make a purchase/pay a bill, then deposit the cash from my checking to a specific savings account that my credit card payments are drawn from.
So not only do I earn rewards on the credit card, but I also earn interest on the cash in the savings account.

Total win.

i payin pheromones. i am so sexy that i get everythong for free.

Sent from my YP-G1 using Tapatalk. My YP-G1 is a very nice device that hardly ever explodes or shoots jets of burning acid at my face. Samsung has done a good job in that respect in building it. However one has to consider hamsters in regard to android as cyborg hamsters are very cool. Imagine how fast an Android hamster could run in their exercise wheel for example.
