*cranking it up*

Oh gosh RC! This brings back so many great memories. I never tire of hearing this and the guitars still bliss me out. :)

Thanks and you have a beautiful day/evening too! :)

OMG we could do 2 pages on Chicago...AKA CTA.

OMG we could do 2 pages on Chicago...AKA CTA.

We cure could! :) I didn't know they were CTA to begin with. I do remember the 2nd song though.

They always reminded me of Blood, Sweat and Tears. Somehow, I had those two conjoined in my mind.

at one time she might have had the best voice in the USA

one you never ever hear on the radio

I LOVE Chicago!

Some "oldies" from Mariah Carey. (Back when she was great!)

^ This is the first song I ever heard from her. I was seven years old, and sitting with my mom in our black pick up truck at a stop light. I fell in love with her voice then and there. Such amazing talent.

Taking a trip back to the 90's with Southern Culture on the Skids: Camel Walk

Little Debbie...Little Debbie

Also enjoying a clip from our theatre's production of The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.

I have the entire play, still trying to figure out how to rip pieces from it. Eventually... The play was hiliarious, total insanity

This song was on the first album I owned when I was a teen.

One of my favorite male singers from the 1950s:

One more from Frankie Laine:

I enjoyed some more head bangers today, hope no one minds the shift in gears. :D

That second Pips tune was so nice we needed to hear it twice.

Lets add some David Bowie to the mix - so many albums, I've only ever listened to 1/2 of his music. He's got a lot of good gems in the past.

Perfect storm - after hearing Midnight Train I always have to listen to Patches. This record-audio takes me back to my childhood.

Haha! Iko-iko!! . . . my husband and I have a thing around that song. Every New Years Eve we watch Skeleton Key and listen to versions of that song all night. The kids think we're insane and find it creepy. LOL - but we dance and party up all night just to that song.

Bella Stars did a truly bellydancing inspiring version - I have this little routine I do, my husband can't get enough of it.

The Dixie Cups probably did one of my favorite versions of it

Oh gahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

I clicked away without looking what was posted. :(

I thought you did it on purpose - I was groovin to it. Good song! :D

Now that I'm in a dancing mood with Iko Iko we MUST listen to Safety Dance.
