Your problem is typical liberalism totally ignoring what taxes you pay and their purpose always buying the liberal rhetoric. Why don't you post the line items that created the Trump deficits pre pandemic then 2020? You won't because you have no clue and it would make you and the rest of left look like fools
You already think anybody who doesn't tote the super-rich line is a fool.

You already think anybody who doesn't tote the super-rich line is a fool.
What you want to ignore is how many of those "super" rich are actually Democrats and bureaucrats on the public dole.

Why are you talking about my husband? What an ignorant post. My husband doesn't post here. Don't talk about family members.
For whatever reason you've really gotten under his skin today and he is attacking you personally in multiple posts. It's a true sign of his losing the debate to you and making him attack you rather than debating the topic.

And yet he and his cultists STILL have yet to accept the fact he lost the election fair and square and continuing attempting to undermine the United States, which makes higher moaning meaningless. Don’t you think it’s time your cult leader crawls back under his rock?

Once again, every time I answer you you simply ignore it, so there’s zero point in watching you continue to chase your tail with empty questions.
You're 100% correct. Ask that poster about the election and he will not admit that Biden won and Trump lost. He will say that Biden is President but he believes that it was "stolen" and there was no way that Biden got the votes he did, especially in the battleground states.

And you have yet to accept the fact that Biden's policies have led to 8.5% inflation, 36% approval rating on the economy, 41% approval rating over all and 27% approval on the direction of the country. We are weak economically and in foreign policies but by all means keep up with that Trump hatred

Biden is what you get when you let hatred and emotion drive your decision making process

I have yet to accept something which is entirely based on your own delusions and the Trump cult’s fanatical hatred of Biden for defeating your cult leader.

Gee, I wonder why? 😂

There are many ways in which the Democrats (and the Republicans!) have gone off the deep end. Fiscal policy is not one of them. Biden's proposed budget is standard fare for a Democrat. It's not extreme, either in its size or its priorities. And as for "the largest tax increase in history"...yeah, every time there's a proposed tax increase Republicans make that claim. I don't doubt that there's some way you can mathematically spin the numbers to justify that claim, but it gets tiresome after a while.

The world will not end if the top marginal tax rate increased from 37% to 39%. And Biden won't even get that much. A tax increase on the rich right now would be a good and sensible way to reduce the deficit and fight inflation.

It's been dead for a long time.....

The irony of people on the right complaining about hate is noted. You especially with your evident hate of black people and women.
that's a lie and you know it but so what else is new. where did I deny that some on the right hate? I just get tired of the left pretending their shit don't stink. Do you hate white people and men?

Seems I am not alone, what is it about liberalism that creates total ignorance of results and such low approval ratings? Some people apparently live in their parents basement and are not affected by 8.5% inflation or poor economic policies and results

Why do you support giving the federal gov't more of your money? any idea what that does to your state and local revenue?

You mean black people?

A better question is whether we should pay for government spending or borrow to fund it. In a high-inflation regime I'd prefer we not have a deficit. Or at least have a smaller one.

If you want a smaller government or a more localized government, then your focus should be on spending levels rather than taxation levels.

Ok but the issue is what spending, discretionary or mandatory and knowing the difference along with the taxes that fund those issues. That doesn't seem to be the case with far too many. FIT and CIT fund the discretionary budget which is the operating expenses of the country. There is more than enough FIT and CIT to fund that part of the budget according to Treasury which I have posted links to over and over again. The other issue is Mandatory spending which is SS and Medicare along with other entitlement obligations, those are funded by payroll taxes and that is where the problem is, not with FIT and CIT. We do not nor should we have a unified budget where every dollar is treated the same and all goes into one pot to fund all the expenses of the gov.t FIT and CIT weren't created for mandatory line items

Our Founders created a small central gov't but over the years bureaucrats found a way to create career jobs and power. The power belongs at the state and local level. The problem with the left is they don't pay any attention to the state and local responsibilities and taxes always diverting to FIT and CIT Cuts blamed for the deficit, FIT and CIT cuts DON'T Cause deficits, they stimulate economic activity growing federal, state and local revenue

FIT, CIT, and Excise Tax revenue that funds the Discretionary budget plus transportation/Infrastructure. So leftists provide for us all how tax cuts cause deficits

Our founders enlarged central government. The Articles of Confederation that gave more power to the states proved to be unworkable.

Our founders enlarged central government.
No, Our FOUNDERS Didn't bureaucrats in DC over the years have expanded the gov't. Where did you get your civics and history education? You made the statement now prove it

I posted the budget for the United States and the line items in that budget including revenue so please post how FIT and CIT cuts caused the deficits that the left claims? Isn't it time to admit how wrong the left is about tax cuts? In addition I have asked many times only to be ignored where the state gets it revenue and what role FIT and CIT cuts plays in that revenue. What I continue to see are civics challenged radicals all out of touch with reality

How does this relate to the post you are responding to?

You need to be more specific with your source in reference to the numbers you are referring to.

Being a public forum this was in response to Post 215 but is also a post to you who always claims that tax cuts cause deficits as do most of today's Democrats. That is blatantly false as FIT and CIT don't fund Medicare and SS, Payroll taxes do so if there is a shortfall ;payroll taxes are what needs to be increased or create another tax to fund those entitlements

That explains why the Republicans control the White House, the House and the Senate.
It doesn't explain your support. The video defines the party you support which apparently makes you part of the problem
