[W: #1262] Trump lawyers to use ‘conflict of interest’ between judge, Carroll’s attorney in appeal of $83.3M jury verdict: ‘Insane’

Your sentences are becoming increasingly tortuous. Possibly it's because you've never tried to express yourself logically before this.
Om so even slightly moderately complex expressions of thought confuse you. Interesting.
Let me simplify. Slavery? Not even close to being germane to this thread, least of all with the minimal effort you put into trying to bring it in.
I did what I came to do

I voted Liberal for longer than you were a Republican, only distancing myself when the Mad Lib Progressives took control. They're still the real architects of burning down the country for fun and profit.
I always find people who swing from one extreme to the other to be extremely interesting. :)

You have claimed that special evidence, beyond what is known publicly, is in the full court records. These records are, as you yourself have said, not available to the public. That makes them "secret," whether you used that word or not. But since you do not have access to those full records, your hypothesis depends on pure speculation.

None of us are privy to the evidence and testimony presented in court.

You repeat your tired strawman about secret evidence. Just because the general public is not privy does not mean there is secret evidence. It just means there is limited knowledge and dissemination of it.

Since you have no game, I could spend eternity countering your dumb posts. But I can't fight your Guardian Angels here, those who won't ding you for your long pattern of vapid trollery. So-- you're a problem for other Centrists and Conservatives now.

You get the last word, but not because of anything you did.
I am sorry to have upset you. It was not my intent.

All the insults are coming from your side. Your politicians claim high standards and then drop them for perceived advantage.

Still a problem with the weaponization of lawfare against anyone involved with Trump. It's one thing to go after Trump; another thing to try to deprive him of legal counsel by making it too expensive for lawyers to take his cases.
Jenna Ellis lied her ass off, willingly and recklessly. She admits it. That's the problem, not that she was caught and faced consequences for it.

Those court records ARE available to the public. All that you have to do is to pay for the production and delivery of them.

"Sending his thugs" is the most egregious untruth in your little rant. Do I need to remind you that as yet Trump has not been charged with insurrection? Maybe that's because he told his supporters to protest peacefully, and the Leftie lawyers don't know how to get around that.
You conveniently ignored the rest - all the actions Trump took to overturn the results of the election. You also ignored that we KNOW he didn't care that his MAGA thug followers attacked the Capitol because when they did he sat and watched it on TV and did NOTHING. We can quibble about whether he 'sent' them there, but it really doesn't matter to me because he did NOTHING when they did attack the Capitol, injuring scores of LEOs. There's no rational world in which anyone rational can conclude it's something he opposed. Because if he did, he'd have acted. If he cared, he wouldn't have said he loved those who attacked the Capitol. If he cared, his first public 'comment' wouldn't have been to paint a bullseye on the back of Pence. If he cared it wouldn't have taken days for him to mildly condemn the attacks, AFTER he'd justified them.

All those who say "MAGAt" are not "Mad Libs" although I suspect all "Mad Libs" say "MAGAt".

What’s hilarious is the right coined the term “MAGA,” yet they are pissed at us for using it. MAGA members hold that title proudly. Not sure why here, it’s considered a bad thing.

It's my firm opinion, which is confirmed daily on forums like DP, that MAGAts are not very bright.

Interesting development, but not sure what it might mean. Trump has 30 days to file an appeal of this latest case, but that deadline starts once the judgment is filed. After the 2022 EJC case was decided, the judgment was filed within days. The judgment for this case has still not been filed.

wasn't this because Trump accountant has admitted to lying in previous testimony
and they're waiting for some other shit related to that to play out because it could potentially have some impact

Different case, you're referring to the NY civil fraud case against the Trump Org.

thanks

sorry

I'm not used to having to keep up with this many court cases for a single person at once
At least not since the Clintons left D.C.

The Clintons, specifically Hillary, was a lot smarter than Donnie. Comparing their respective Foundations is one example.

No, you've only got a few, and there are so MANY here needing to wipe their noses.

It appears you've missed/ignored the fact Trump's issues with legal counsel isn't because he can't afford them. It's because he's repeatedly failed to pay them for their services and is a full blown pita to represent.
