[W: #1262] Trump lawyers to use ‘conflict of interest’ between judge, Carroll’s attorney in appeal of $83.3M jury verdict: ‘Insane’

Are stupid people forced to be stupid where you come from?

Here, being stupid comes naturally to stupid people.

No one has to force them
Some are since genetics and poor education put them where they are. Retards and demented people can't help themselves. Their free will is limited.

Correct. It's natural for stupid people to be stupid. Society can help with education, but the effectiveness depends upon the level of stupidity in the person in question. Trump is a ****ing moron.

Correct again. Smart people have a choice on whether to follow stupid people or not.

The basis for this thread is Trump and his worshippers getting bent over things they can't control.
Agreed a little bit. Some are simply so stupid they think they can control things that are well beyond their control. It's the Tinkerbell Effect; they think if they believe something strong enough then it will come true.

The Tinkerbell effect is an American English expression describing the phenomenon of thinking something exists only because people believe in it. The effect is named after Tinker Bell, the fairy in the play Peter Pan, who is revived from near death by the belief of the audience.

I've not seen where you've proved the above as of yet. Post numbers, please.
First off, I don't think anyone actually worships Donald Trump. I certainly have tried to make good points, and don't feel bent out of shape when making my points throughout my thread.

What you see (and what you hear) isn't happening.

Habba failed, as has the thread.

I also stated he is liable for sexual assault did I not? But for the third time this page answer my question, Why are you wasting all of this time defending a guy who has been cited by the same damn thing by 26 women? Why would anyone do something like that? I ask again do you have a daughter? And if you do, have you told her that you spend all this time defending his abusive actions?
Trump was found guilty of sexual assault in a civil trial, so that's still not a criminal FINDING, and his guilt depends on what is called a "preponderance of evidence" as a jury perceives it, not on the sort of solid evidence that validates a criminal finding.

I've also specified the reasons why I think Carroll's story remains BS no matter what juries say about it, and so all the rest of your blather is meaningless. Think for yourself.

Tortuousness does not imply complexity.

So far the thread has not turned into another Civil War thread, so-- no.
watching you reach several comments back ... yeah, I did what I came to do.

The reasons you cited regarding Carroll's trial is BS. And you need to spew your shit elsewhere. The bus tape as well as the 26 women who have accused Trump adds to the preponderance of evidence. You're the one that needs to think. I bet you that you never read the original trnltranscripts did you? Or course you didn't. 2 of Trump's victims testified that Trump raped them as well. Trump is one lucky ****er he was charged for rape in a criminal trial.

I hope you enjoy supporting a serial sex offender.

Compared to what other case(s)?
Compared to his self-claimed wealth. Punitive means punish. Punishing a multi-billionaire would require a several hundred million dollars to make its affect felt.

I fully countenance the possibility that Trump may have made some of the sexual advances other women accused him of, because in the AH tape he said he did so.

He didn't say he would rape anyone in that tape or anywhere else. That's just what Mad Libs want to believe he said. I'm sure that some of his accusers said he raped them, but that doesn't prove they didn't lie, just as Carroll did.

I assume you meant to type "civil trial?"

Nope. Your posts are dedicated to untruth because you think that will twist the tails of your opponents. I doubt you even believe most of what you post.
Ahh, now you are reduced to guessing at my motivation. Keep twisting in your pride.

After all the mind-reading sauce you've tossed out about Conservatives, my accusation should be applesauce for you. (That's an aphorism reference, for anyone who doesn't get it.)

We know, but the bigger point I'd like to make for your above commentary.

The fact that Trump lost in court is no reason not to discuss the ins and outs, the whys and buts, the protests and cheering post-verdict, and the politics involved. It certainly never stopped you lot from discussing Kyle Rittenhouse post-verdict.

People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

It's nuts for anyone to label Kyle Rittenhouse a "mass shooter," and he certainly was not making that sort of comparison. He was stating that the MSM had a double standard with regard to a citizen defending himself against rabid rioters and actual criminals. I'm sure the MSM pundits can't tell the difference in any ethical manner, but they like to defend actual criminals at every turn, while any opposition to Lefties breaking laws must be strenuously punished.

Pardon me? There's been a lot of great contributions made to this thread. I'm sorry they don't meet your standards.

The sophistry of the above meme proves what exactly besides blasphemy?

Obviously.

Your opinion is noted and dismissed.

Have a nice day.
Your proclivity to fall for and/or post propaganda is legendary. Is that better?

You ignore 95% of my postings. Hit a nerve? Lmao.
