Morning Tres, I would think most illegals want to keep a low profile. Voting illegally doesn't accomplish that, although some may be brazen enough. I'd be more worried about finding all these ballots that didn't exist until the votes were counted and results known than illegals voting.

With independents this time around it was Trump's obnoxious persona, his uncouth personality and his very unpresidential behavior that drove independents from the Republicans in 2016 into the Democratic hands in 2018. I've been trying to tell folks, Trumpers on this site not everyone appreciates the brashness, bombastic, egotistical, name calling style of Trump. That his character and personality more akin to a wrestler in the WWE than the occupant of the oval office would drive those independents away from him that supported him and the GOP in 2016. They all laughed at me, but I'll be darn if it just didn't happen.

Because I can rub my brain cells together and apply logic to situations. Of course they is voter fraud and to deny that fact is ridiculous. It is why the left doesn't want to do anything about it, because it always benefits them.

The kid created all of 18 fraudulent registration forms and his "job" was to register people as Democrat. There was no effort to link those fraudulent registrations to actual voters illegal or not as he was being paid per registration. There was no loop back to actually getting illegal votes.

Hardly meets the criteria of fraud on a huge level. Now voter suppression...now you are talking huge...with 100's of thousands of voters dropped off roles etc etc etc.

The idea that millions of votes are people voting multiple times is a lie the repubs have been selling for decades now. They have spent many millions trying to prove the problems exists, but have totally failed. I've never voted anywhere where you could even conceivably get away with that without spending an absurd amount of time and effort.

The cheating seems to be more in the realm of gerrymandering and various forms of voter roll manipulation, and that stuff is done far more by repubs.

In AZ, you have to show ID to vote...and guess what? We elected lots of dems, flipped a house seat and a senate seat, flipped the secretary of state and the superintendent of public instruction. Yet, the crazy alt-right still thinks there was fraud...but there wasn't....

Not nothing but nothing relevant as no illegal voting occurred. He committed a crime and he is paying a penalty:
a) 18 fraudulent registrations does not qualify as huge by any means
b) not a single illegal vote happened as a consequence

It would however be gratifying if those engaged in voter suppression on a grand scale even went to prison for 100 days!

But they won't now will they because for the most part writing Election Law no matter how heinous is "legal" activity.

yes. It's not a statistical vote. It's a question asking them if they feel like it's a big issue. No numbers. And it's a web poll which makes it worthless.
