It's a letter. The last frenzy was over a phone call. I guess sending advanced tanks and fighter aircraft to the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt was okay for Obama, so why the hysteria over a phone call or a letter to Trump?

Either Trump partnered with this guy, or he's being played like a fiddle.

Quite honestly, I'm disgusted at the President-elect. He does not act Presidential at all.
 
Putin is the leader of the USSR? That's pretty cool considering that the USSR doesn't exist anymore.

Either you're right or Putin sees the ongoing Cold War between the Obama administration and the NEOCON/MIC ka-ching machine against Russia as a threat to World Peace and requires face to face negotiation in the real World. I like Russia. I like Putin. The USA did not help the USSR when it collapsed, but Putin did. End of story. Putin is a real leader doing what real leaders do. "Takin' care o' bidness." I disagree with much of what Trump has publicly stated, but making peace with Russia and Syria is why I voted for him. Too many have died at the interfering hand of the USA and it is time to stop.

I have to say, it doesn't bother me that Trump and Putin are friendly. I hope he can build a similar relationship with China. Call me crazy but I want the countries capable of wiping out humanity to be on friendly terms.

Perhaps.

But I feel quite a bit less sanguine due to his meddling in our election, especially when the guy cozying-up to him is the guy that benefited and was elevated into power.

He's being played and he has too much of an ego to realize it. It was clear as soon as he asked Russia to hack us. Trump is one of those guys who as long as people say yes to him and praises his greatness he gets satisfaction from it. The moment you ask him a hard question, he will pulverize you with insults. Now he has the power of the United States behind him to fuel his pettiness.

Putin treats Obama like a bitch. Putin is kissing President Trump's ass. What's the problem?

It looks to me like the Russians said amongst themselves, "Hey, dude! The US doesn't a ***** for a president. We probably oughta see about making friends; we're not going to pull this **** on Trump".
