Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump acknowledged for the first time Thursday that his personal attorney, Michael Cohen, is representing him with regards to legal matters involving Stormy Daniels, the porn star who says she had an affair with Trump.

On Cohen, the President both solidified his link with Cohen on the Stormy Daniels matter and distanced himself from his personal attorney, whom Trump said has overseen "a tiny, tiny little fraction" of his legal work. But in the process, the President may have inadvertently boosted the arguments of prosecutors who have said that communications between the two men shouldn't be considered confidential under attorney-client privilege provisions.

"He has a percentage of my overall legal work, a tiny, tiny little fraction, but Michael would represent me and represent me on some things. He represents me like with this crazy Stormy Daniels deal, he represented me. You know, from what I see, he did absolutely nothing wrong."

Okay this was both hilarious and terrifying. Anyone that thinks this guy doesn't have something going on upstairs is delusional themselves. Most of this made pretty much zero sense.

The best quote was when he said he doesn't watch CNN and then in the very next sentence says he was watching it. "I don't watch them at all. I watched last night." lolol

He certainly appears delusional, in denial......Totally unfit to be President..., that's for sure

I agree, 100%.

Re: Trump airs grievances in revealing Fox interview

I just watched it on YouTube.

Holy ****! This was bat**** crazy!

30 minutes of crazy continuous stream of conscious! Not just non-stop, but insane stuff. If he's not on speed or some other stimulant, his brain is in some seemingly non-normal heighten state. Even the Fox presenters here can't seem to take him seriously for much of this, trying their best to keep a poker face - but failing!

It is kinda' of end-stage Nixonesque, but seemingly far worse.

I went back and watched the interview. Not only does he sound unhinged, but I felt bad for the hosts. They even tried to move him along, which of course he didn't. But their bewildered expressions said it all..

Honestly, I .

Except it was scary at the same time...

For reference, here's the entire half-hour.

But beware, if you listen in entirety your head will be spinning! :doh

I think the host knew how bad the interview was going because they tried to cutoff the interview.

And people will defend this nutter.

Not just defend ... trip over themselves in praising him.

trump has stroked the Culture Wars...Many of his followers don't care much how he behaves, they like who he demonizes and insults......As long is he against "those" people...They will support him...Still he sounds unhinged

That phone call delivered the crazy. You know who else appreciated it? The SDNY.

You know who didn't appreciate it? His lawyers. Oh, and the hosts of Fox and Friends whose one job was to make Trump look good. Just turn the sound off and watch their body language. That by itself is worth the price of admission.

When a persons mind races non-stop, moving from one odd thought to another, then contradicting themselves within a minute, it's usually indicative of an underlying psychological condition - typically, paranoid personality disorder.

You don't have to be a doctor to see that something is seriously not right with this man mentally. We've had presidents with issues, but this dude goes way beyond mere character flaws. He has such little restraint he's unable to refrain from making public comments about criminal investigations that he is a subject of. Seriously, who does that kind of ****? Somebody with no intelligence, no mental discipline, or a combo of both.

Khayembii Communique is spot-on - people that are unable to deduce the man has mental issues, are just deluded like he is. I'm sad to say, that's a lot of people.

They share his victim mentality and paranoia, as well his disruptive attitude. They see it as a means to an end politically.

Seriously, read some of the posts on here from his fan boys/girls. It like listening to OJ defenders and Branch Davidians - they're nuts.

Indeed.....trump is the king of Asshole America....

He's nuts.

"Barrels of cash?"
Totally ****ing nuts! And totally ****ing bull****!

It's beyond bad, after having been desensitized to this nut for two years. Imagine, when it's heard in a vacuum (which I believe is the proper context).

Sometimes when you read something in text, you're reminded of how stupid it is.

Like when you get the lyric sheet out to a Frank Zappa tune and your like "Huh?!".

I'm listening to it now and while I don't find it "terrifying" by any stretch I do find is rambling to be highly unusual. He speaks as a Television personality rather than a politician or a business manager.

Mentally ill, or desperately using fake hyperbole to excite his base for him. To me, it seems like a combination of the two.

My gut feeling from some segments and the delivery used during them, is he's going to stay hands-off on Mueller & the DOJ, not cooperate, and then swoop-in at the end to either discredit Mueller or perhaps pardon the bunch. Something big, but I'm not sure what.

You don't think he sounds paranoid or incessantly rambling?

To me, it sounds like he's on some kind of speed or other stimulant.

The audio, with all it's nuances & inflections, was bad enough. I can't imagine slogging through the written transcript! :doh

The administration sees investigation news before it is made available for public consumption. This may be yet another meltdown about some impending info about to come out.

Yep, the people who voted for him AND defend him. And the GOP politicians who are sitting back and doing nothing, while this guy who obviously has mental problems and isn't mentally fit for dog catcher let alone POTUS and he daily puts our country in danger.

I hope Trump is the death knell for the GOP. Having a 1 party rule always scared the hell out of me, but now? I don't care anymore, I'll chance having the Dems rule by themselves for awhile as long as it means the Republican Party will be dead and buried.

Party over country is 1 thing, but what the GOP is doing now is almost treasonous.
