Trump’s border czar says he’s sending National Guard to fight LA anti-ICE protests as clashes continue into second day

Not the best comparison.

Y’all attacked the capitol to try to overthrow an election you were lied into believing was stolen

This is free people standing against the kind of jackboot bullshit that rung in every single modern dictatorship.

Useful idiots. The lot of them.
No, you Libs want another round of burning cities like the 2020 Summer of Love, lawbreaking you can justify with racial politics. You have zero concern for freedom, as we saw during the regime of the Real One Term Mistake.

Yeah. Heard that on Fox earlier.

You need new material. We’ve heard all this crap before. Over and over again.

Stupid comparisons with no grasp of their validity nor ability to address challenges to them.

Trump federalizes the national guard and sends them in. What a tough guy!

The protesters should not show up tomorrow.

Any violation of the laws they commit there could then be a result with an individual who may be convicted in a court of law. If the evidence is there, the person is responsible and accountable before the law.

Are any of them facing charges for obstruction of an act of Congress? I can imagine that yes, trespassing would be charged, assault, vandalism, larceny, and more. There wasn't a procedure that was scheduled for the joint session of Congress today, so it's not about an official act of Congress required by the Constitution. So, you must be asking for something else?
I am asking for Crazy Libs to stop demanding two standards. Libs get furious when certain laws are traduced while other laws are OK to violate because Lib sensibilities say they don't apply. Your logic-chopping argument ignores the fact that "obstruction of an act of Congress" is not the only law in the country, and also that the majority of J6 protesters were not charged with obstruction.

As for the Jan. 6 rioters, the study found that of the 1417 people charged so far in connection with the Jan. 6 invasion, only 346, or 24 per cent, were charged under the obstruction statute.

I accept your acknowledgement of defeat.

Takes a real man to admit they got nuthin’.
I acknowledge that you would have to upgrade any of your posts a couple dozen times before they were any less lame.

I wish y’all would get mad at the folks who planted this bullshit in your heads.

But they knew you wouldn’t when they did it.
The bullshit in Libs' eyes is enough to fill the Dead Sea.

24%. I didn't claim a percentage but you confirmed that a fourth of the convicted rioters were charged with obstruction.

Are the people in Los Angeles trying to stop the joint session of Congress from convening as the Electoral College?

The federal government should bring the violence to an end immediately if California leaders are unable to do their job. These are not peaceful protestors. They are rioters trying to keep law enforcement from getting rid of the criminals. The only Nazis are the anti-Semitic nuts once again blaming and attacking the Jewish people just like the Nazi party did in the 1930s.
It's not the fault of the Los Angeles or California authorities. Neither ICE nor Homeland Security had communicated or coordinated with them ahead of their planned operation. Nor did the authorities in LA and California anticipate ICE using such highly aggressive and intimidating tactics, such as descending unannounced on a restaurant in full tactical armored gear and automatic weapons, terrorizing everyone in it. The traffic congestion in Los Angeles is legendary. So, of course, a swift reactionary response to a situation they had no prior knowledge of would be impossible for them to pull off.

WTF? Because they aren't trying to overthrow an election and seize power, they're trying not to be hauled in for being brown and standing there.

You're not in L.A. You have no idea. I'm not even in the city, I'm in the sleepy little burbs and even we all see ICE trucks constantly now. It's like we're occupied or something.

Pro tip: if you're in SoCal and don't look European descent, definitely do not go out and mow your own lawn and you sure as shit don't want to get up on your own roof for any reason at all, ESPECIALLY if your brother or dad goes up there with you to spot you. Let your kid's soccer ball just stay up there and buy them a new one. For that matter, just don't go out unless you speak perfect Surfer Dude English and happen to have papers on you.

I am not exaggerating. People wonder why people here are rioting. If you were basically occupied and you, your neighbors, anybody wss suspect and likely as not they be dragged into the cop shop to prove you were allowed to be in your own neighborhood, how would you feel about it? This shit is no joke.

I'm growing tired of hearing the standard law enforcement trope of "Zero Regard For Human Life" after I read about ICE agents leaving little kids stranded alone on city streets as they kidnap immigrants and send them to black sites (concentration camps) outside the country with zero due process.
It's true that plenty of criminal suspects do indeed display no regard for the life and safety of others but as the last few months have proven, the Federal Government under Trump is fast approaching parity with the criminal world.

Is this the opening/excuse Trump has been waiting for?

Whatever this is, it's not going to end well.

I did predict that Twumpy was going to try and use heavy handed Kent State style tactics at his fancy military parade on the 14th, only he's probably expecting regular military to do the work.
The optics of that is going to burn tens of thousands of fist sized holes in the approval ratings of every MAGA in Congress...the nation will be infuriated because he will try unleashing the same tactics on elderly, disabled, disabled vets, you name it....anybody that dares to question his glory or tarnish the image of his dictatorial greatness.

Donald Trump wants to impress Putin, Orban, Kim, even Xi....and the sight of refuseniks peppering the parade route will piss him off so much that no one will be able to stop him from issuing unconstitutional orders to use violence.

What we're seeing now in L.A. is a dress rehearsal.

That’s rich coming from someone that votes for a guy that lives in an alternate reality and kept screaming about losing the 2020 election and also apart of a base that can’t accept their pedophile idol was found guilty in court of criminal acts and the trial wasn’t a witch hunt or bullshit or rigged.
That's quite a rant.

Summer of Love, 2025.

The unhinged libs don't get it. Most of the country approves of Trump's efforts to deport those who are in the country without permission.

A CBS poll cited on X in April 2025 reported 56% approval for Trump’s deportation program, with a 12-point margin (56%-44%), and 54% support among independents.
Yeah, it must be summer. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
