The Trude Identity of PTSDkid

My old roommate was a huge NASCAR fan, I think he said it's 500 miles.

Yeah apparently it's 200 laps...stills...200? Thats huge....I can't even imagine sitting in a chair and spinning 200 times...

Try it and time yourself, tell me how long it takes. Maybe you'll lose 10 pounds...

I can turn left just as anyone else with a driver's license.

That's questionable.

And, just like the truly ignorant to say that. I'd like to see you simply turn left on banking, driving close to 200mph, with 42 other drivers that want you out of their way.

As far as NASCAR goes, I know there is alot of work involved, and the drivers do alot of things that maybe the casual observor doesn't know about, but it is a mind numbingly boring thing to watch. My buddy tried to get me into NASCAR, but I just could not muster up any enthusiam for it at all. I guess it is good for turning on at a cookout, and watching the last 10 laps. Thats about all I can handle...

It's much better in person than it is on tv. I wasn't a fan until I actually went to a race.

I've always wondered...do they really go around the track 500 times?

It depends on the track. Like, the Daytona 500....held on a track that's 2.5 miles long. So yeah, that one's only 500 miles total. But some of the shorter tracks, they do x number of laps.

How in the HELL did this thread transition from ptskid bashing into a NASCAR debate?

Cars going around in circles are far more interesting then trolls.

I already said that I respected you guys, you do **** that I and many others can't and don't want to do, and I thank all of you for it.

What's with the Germany quip? You're the one defending a f$ckin' racist.

And by the way I don't like goats. Only sheep, they're fuzzier.

F%CK YOUR LIFE.

Hey Look its Jessup one of the village idiots.
Yeah whatever prick. I saw the respect you gave to a Vietnam Veteran making fun of him eating dogs of some retarded s.h.i.t. like that. Hmm what exactly did you say?

An animal doctor? Maybe an animal *****er.
.

A Vietnamese Vet? I didn't know they helped dogs and cats, I thought they just ate 'em.

Man I can just feel the respect….Cant you?....

What’s with your bio saying Berlin, 1930s? Now maybe you can use your education and figure it out.

Hey I was the only one talkin' sh!t and I wasn't runnin', had to go to school. :2wave:

Talking s.h.i.t huh?…Would you talk s.h.i.t like that in public? And still have all your front teeth? Something is telling me NO…

Bitch YOU crossed the line when YOU made fun of him being a VN Vet. But he wasn’t the only one you insulted. You insulted every Vietnam Veteran with your retarded remarks.
You starting to get a clue yet moron?
Its one thing to attacks a person’s politics and its something completely f.u.c.k.i.n.g different to attack him because he chose to serve... I personal dont give a flying f.u.c.k. what he believes in, what I do care about is he had the f.u.c.k.i.n.g guts to stand in front of our flag and defend it unlike you ******s here who hide behind it!

Hmm..."F%CK YOUR LIFE."...?
You will all your ******s friends down here couldn’t f.u.c.k up my life.

It was a joke making fun of stereotypes of Vietnamese people.

I apologize if I seriously offended you, but man it is the f$ckin' internet, with so many dipsh!ts it's hard to take anybody seriously. I thought the basement was for people to blow off some steam, but all in jest.

Sorry, I ain't gonna go "defend the flag" in some BS neo-colonialist war in the desert, couldn't pass the physical anyways. :doh

That's questionable.
Apparently the state of South Dakota doesn't think so.

And, just like the truly ignorant to say that. I'd like to see you simply turn left on banking, driving close to 200mph, with 42 other drivers that want you out of their way.

Pay for the car sweet heart, I would love to drive a stock car. I'm not saying that doing it wouldn't be fun, just that watching it is about the most pointless thing you can do.

And most people drive like they plucked a license out of a Cracker Jack box. What's your point? Having a license doesn't make you a good driver.

If I were to buy a stock car, it'd be for myself. And I'm a happily married woman, so I'll thank you to not call me sweetheart.

If you don't like watching NASCAR, then don't. I don't like watching football...so I don't. But I don't ridicule the sport, either.

But I can sure as hell make a left turn.

But it's so much fun to ridicule a sport people obsess over.

But I can sure as hell make a left turn.

Well, for the sake of other drivers, and pedestrians, I would sure as hell hope so. But I doubt you've ever made a left turn at 200mph with 33 degree banking, 4 wide, with a total of 42 other cars packed in around you.

But it's so much fun to ridicule a sport people obsess over.

Well you'd better start ridiculing every other sport known to mankind, because I can guarantee that whatever sports are out there, there's at least one person that obsesses over it.

Cherokee
What’s with your bio saying Berlin, 1930s? Now maybe you can use your education and figure it out.

It is a correlation with his name and the context of the novel...
Doremus Jessup...
Anti-Facism.
Huey Long!

I actually am starting to think that Doremus Jessup is alright. He just doesn't know some of our Basement Rules yet Cherokee. But he is a big boy and you will teach him if he is slow!

Ok you need to stop with the race car talk..I'm starting to see decked out in one of the racing outfits and I must say its pretty f’ing hot...........

Sorry Caine...........

It's so cool that you know that right off the top of your head.

Stace, obviously I only ridicule sports I don't watch or find boring...like NASCAR.

It's so cool that you know that right off the top of your head.

Oh come on...is that any diff. then people who can name the stats for some random baseball/football or hockey player who played for one season on some team? Some people just like some sports more then others and tend to have freakishly amazing memories. Give it a break. Geeez.

I'm not the one you offended. I'm not the one you insulted. I never served in Vietnam, as a matter of fact I didn’t join the Marines until 1980.
All I did was stand up for a fellow Vet.

Sorry, I ain't gonna go "defend the flag" in some BS neo-colonialist war in the desert, couldn't pass the physical anyways. :doh

And now you have to say some chit like this...
People like you will never understand what it means to serve...

Let's watch how fast we can drive in a circle!

mmmmmmmmm, fun!

mmmmmmmmm, fun!
cars crashing, rubbing paint, hearing the pit chief say there are only 10 laps left, but with the gas you have left you will run out in 9 laps, seeing how strategies regarding pace of car and pit stop adjustments affect the cars performance, listening to the driver talk to his crew about problems with car, etc...
it aint just about watching them go in circles

do you atleast like the figure 8 races or demolition derby
