I don't post very often on this site but I do enjoy reading what people have to say even the crazy people. But one thing has been troubling me. There is one person on these forums who is so partisan, so ignorant, and so easily defeated in a debate that he simply can not be a real person. He is ptsdkid and I think he has to be a liberal on these forums that made up a fake account to make conservatives look bad. My guess is BillOReally, as he seems like the most creative and vindictive left leaning person on this forum, but any other input would be appreciated.

I really resent that; I'm far more creative and vindictive than Billo.
But I'm not ptsdkid, and I doubt anybody else is either.
Can't the admin just check his IP address? And if he's using a proxy IP to create multiple accounts, wouldn't they be able to tell?

...Not that I have a history of using proxy IPs or anything, but no. It'd just register him as from California or Texas or wherever the proxy IP is located.

I'll bet one could use proxy IPs to make numerous DP identities, all from the same computer. As long as they were anonymous proxies, the mods would never know.

As far as desktop and laptop, unless you were using a proxy address, we'd know. Why do you think Caine and I got flagged when I signed up (he joined a couple of months before I did)? :lol:

As far as going to other locations and signing up....just because you created the ID elsewhere, if you tried to post under that account from home, it'd show up.

And even with proxies, we know. Just about everyone here has a unique posting style that's not easy to disguise. Everyone that has ever tried to create multiple IDs has slipped up at some point and we've bagged 'em.
