Conventionally speaking he is certainly wrong. The IQ sometimes has little to do with voting socialism. Often socialists will have good education but not in the specialties that would be necessary to judge social programs and social political forms of organization from the standpoint of those professions. But being educated, they think they can handle the understandable lack of formal learning and therefore believe they are right. This is sad. They express their chosen ideology well, because they were educated to do so. This is when it becomes dangerous for society, because for the many it sounds wonderful and they want it. That it is in stark conflict with economics and free society is beyond them, lost in the frivolous chatter of the educated ignorantes as they are.
education is NOT IQ and the valuable part of the IQ is the logic part.. education is copying and logic is UNDERSTANDING and PREDICTING
