Just looking for the line. I thought there would easily be agreement that segregating bathrooms by gender was reasonable but, it turns out, it isn't. So now I'm wondering if folks think it would be reasonable to require that non trans people leave a bathroom if a trans person asks them to (and just for the time the trans person is in the bathroom, of course).

What if it's a situation where the stalls are missing doors or the doors don't lock?

Attaching poll.

If a cis woman is afraid that they might see a pee-pee if they poke their heads in another woman's stall, they are free to be the one who leaves.

This issue was never about women's safety, as the comments on this thread will prove.

What erotic fantasy suggests they might want to? They already use them, and have done for years, without being noticed or attacking anyone.

This is actually evasive and doesn't answer the question. What's the hesitation?

Hell no.

Demonstrating the first part of my OP...

No one has to leave, but anyone is free to leave. Why does this have to be a different way?

Like I say, what if the stall really offers no privacy?

Who the hell is asking for that? What a stupid question.

Trans people should have placards with their picture on it and place them outside a bathroom stating "Trans Person In Bathroom..."

That way everybody is warned and people can enter at their own risk, that sounds bad... enter of their own volition. If you wish to wait until they leave you can do so.

You mean "if a woman is afraid" because what the hell is a "cis" anyway... just some mumbo-jumbo.

Thanks for stopping by and adding that ray of sunshine and happiness you always do.

You sure as hell do have to leave... if you don't you can get loitering, stalking, perverted looking and all sorts of other legal problems...

A typo for the abbreviation of the Central Intelligence Agency. ;)

It's a stupid f'ing question. Sorry reality gets in the way of your happiness.

No. They are free to use whatever bathroom they identify with. They are never free to prohibit me from doing the same.
