Conducted well before Kennedy was ever secretary. To be fair, there have been just as many studies stating there is no link.

Also, the most that will be done (if true or not) is a required label on the package which is obvious extreme big time over-the-top harm.

I do not understand why anyone argues in favor of allowing school districts to thumb their noses at providing Federally-mandated assistance for special needs students.

Just noticed I didn't finish my thought here.

"...about 30-40% [of neurodivergent people]..." are epileptic. Epilepsy is usually caused by misfiring of neurons in the brain, although what causes the neurons to misfire can be different for different people with epilepsy.

HHS is fighting the monopolies (says so in clear English) of the current establishment which indeed dictate what can be learned.
A good education is learned through diversity that challenges the status quo. Unsure where you got censorship or control out of the paragraph.

I don't know about you, but I believe monopolies are a very bad thing in a democracy or representative democracy.
They are illegal in the business world.
