Republicans learn lesson: we need more voter suppression!!

You liberals act like voting is a right.

The U.S. Constitution references voting as a right multiple times. Due to the legal nature of the document as 'the Supreme Law of the Land', the U.S. Constitution can't be wrong about the issue.

Same day registration makes fraud almost impossible to stop. Can't you see why the left is so hot and bothered!

And how many cases of fraud have been reported, prosecuted, tried and convicted in Wisconsin over the past 40 years?

If you don't pay income taxes, should you have the right to vote to raise income taxes?

You didn't serve in the military... why should you have the right to vote on defense spending? American citizens have the right to vote. Get over it.

Oh and ask the military about Obama's suppression of their votes. You might learn something. Thanks.

Moar right-wing false conspiracies. I await your links to blogs and/or rw sites and other such incredibly weak sources in attempts to prove me wrong.

With this one sentence, I've deduced you have zero idea how the U.S. government works.

That's a great question. I do wonder how many members of the public employee unions they put into catching anyone?

And in Minnesota... where same day registration works.

They've dedicated an entire agency to the matter.

U.S. Government Accountability Office (U.S. GAO)

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) is the audit, evaluation, and investigative arm of the United States Congress. It is part of the legislative branch of the United States government.

Employees 3,350 (2010)

Or you can answer the question rather than just clinging to unfounded conspiracies.... just a suggestion.

If you want to suggest that the 3,350 people on the public trough at the GAO are focused on voter fraud I think you'd find that harder to sale then obama scoring another 100 rnds of golf in the next few years.

You guys never even remotely imagine you are asking the beneficiaries of voter fraud to catch and stop in. I didn't think naïveté was an element of liberalism?

Yes, of course. The right to vote should never be contingent on how much money you make.

Perhaps you could explain this to those who think that being a hawk requires being an active military member. And those who think having an opinion on the NFL requires playing in it. And proponents of female-only voting on abortion.

That can be argued. It's your right to give away. Screw up and you lose it, which in sense makes it a privilege of American citizens who are registered to vote that abide by the laws and aren't convicted felons.

Sometimes I wonder if Republicans know how much they look like Captain Planet villains. It's really cartoonish at times. I mean, I almost liked this post..

You liberals act like voting is a right.

... because I thought it was a joke. But it's serious, isn't it? That's where this stuff comes from...

If you don't pay income taxes, should you have the right to vote to raise income taxes?

... I do not understand how chest-thumping pro-America types can be so opposed to everything this country stands for. It's seriously like dealing with caricatures sometimes.

The beneficiaries of voter fraud? You act as if the GAO has a stake in who gets elected. Here, I'll make the pain easier for you with some facts about what the GAO does.

GAO To Probe Vote Counting

The Government Accountability Office said Tuesday it will investigate how the vote was counted in the Nov. 2 election, with an eye toward answering persistent questions about voting irregularities in many states, including Ohio and Florida, which were crucial to President Bush's win.

GAO to Investigate Voting Irregularities

The Government Accountability Office, Congress' investigative agency, responding to complaints from around the country, has begun to look into the Nov. 2 vote count, including the handling of provisional ballots and malfunctions of voting machines. Christians should view voter fraud as sinful behavior of the worst sort no matter who perpetrated it, and want to see this investigation pursued with vigor/ The GAO usually begins investigations in response to requests from Congress, but agency head, Comptroller General David Walker, said the GAO acted on its own because of the many comments it received about ballot counting. I do not know whether he has his own political agenda or not.

The GAO report was issued two days after a Pennsylvania judge issued the latest in a string of court rulings that have struck down or limited several state laws restricting access to the ballot box.

U.S. GAO - Elections: State Laws Addressing Voter Registration and Voting on or before Election Day

States have a variety of identification requirements for voters when they register to vote, vote at the polls on Election Day, and seek to cast an absentee ballot by mail that will be in effect for the November 2012 election. Voter identification requirements vary in flexibility, in the number and type of acceptable documents allowed, and in the alternatives available for verifying identity if a voter does not have an acceptable form of identification. Thirty-one states have requirements for all eligible voters to show identification at the polls on Election Day.

You asked how many government employees are dedicated to finding voter fraud, I explained to you that there is an entire agency dedicated to such things. Now you're asking for evidence that all 3000 employees are dedicated to voter fraud. As if there are 10 guys sitting in a room looking over voter fraud files and 2990 doing something else. Well here is another government agency dedicated to such things.

FBI — What We Investigate

Election fraud: Under certain circumstances, the FBI investigates election frauds that stem from campaign finance crimes, voter/ballot fraud, or civil rights violations.

That's 3 government agencies I found which deal with voter fraud just by typing 'government agencies that investigate voter fraud'.

What's your excuse for making up conspiracy theories now?

That's just one Republican. Not Republicans. And really speaking, not everyone has the right to vote. It's very vaguely defined in the Constitution itself.. which is why we have several amendments. But your "right" can be taken away or abridged on.

It strikes me as quite naive to allow public employees to tell us, even convince us, there is no fraud. Those are the same people paid by the same govt and depend on them. I see nothing wrong with requiring ID and early registration. My God you can't even attend a speech by Holder or obama without ID.

Your quis custodiet ipsos custodes nonsense is just that. Nonsense. Try PrisonPlanet with it. It's a far more fitting place for people like yourself.

I'm sorry the questions I raise offend you. It's not my fault you have a utopian view of government with complete trust and faith in it like a God. You can't argue the facts so attack the messenger. Voter Fraud is empowered by the left and protected by unions of public employees, and any attemp to contradict usually raises a racist / or you are crazy response. I mean next thing you'd say is academia would never falsify data on global warming. Faith...you have it for your govt I have it for my God.
