So this payment didn't even go to Rosemont Seneca, it went to a consortium account with the Thornton Group.

What was this for? The report never says, outside of the above statement saying it was for a "Consultancy Agreement DD12.02.2014".

The report doesn't go any further because they didn't find any further evidence that this was any kind of wrongdoing. If they did they would've included it in their report.

We know he accepted a $3.5 million dollar payment from a known associate of one of the most powerful organized crime groups in Russia. His ties to corrupt Russian oligarchs are troubling and deserve further investigation.

Then there are the numerous ties and transactions with foreign nationals that caused all sort of red flags to spring up across the state department and treasury.

At the very least, we should get to the bottom of the payments made by Biden to foreign nationals in the U.S. that appear "related to an Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring."
