You've never served in the military, have you? Those were collateral duties. Her primary AND TRAINED FOR job was as a helo pilot.
I was trained as a NAVAL AVIATOR but in my 21 year career I had multiple collateral duties such as legal officer, Admin Officer, GSE Division Officer, Ops Officer, AOiC (like XO), etc. But I was primarily an Aviator (flying C-130s)

Inability in a given moment has nothing to do with circumstance of the individual involved, but everything to do with their sex or the color of their skin. According to the FAA and the NTSB those 67 people would be alive and well.

if that’s were the case who would that be at fault? They don’t let you pilot a Blackhawk without a trainer if you aren’t MOS certified. Was there a training pilot onboard? If there was wouldn’t they be primary? Of that was the case wouldn’t they be complicit in any error?

Flight plans are created by pilots and then filed with the FAA. The FAA does not create flight plans and then issue them to pilots.

While it is true that the Pilots create the flight plans since they know the FROM/TO information their CREATION ARE MANDATORY per Aeronautical Information Manual (Section 5-1-6 and Appendix 4) and Aeronautical Information Publication (Sections ENR 1.10, ENR 1.11, and Appendix 2)

But a Pilot can not create a Flight Plan which ignores the FAA Rules for their type of AIrcraft

"The Black Hawk was supposed to fly no higher than 200 feet above ground —"

So put that in your pipe and smoke it .

Rebecca Lobach was conducting an annual flight evaluation with her co-pilot Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Loyd Eaves, who was serving as her flight instructor. The Biden Administration had a regulation requiring federal agencies use DEI over MERITS.

It was obvious that it was either pilot error or equipment malfunction. Such equipment seldom fails. Far less than the human factor.
 
It actually did involve a white male instructor pilot, who also failed to realize the dangerous situation until it was too late. Weirdly, not a single right winger is criticizing the white male pilot at all, let alone suggesting he was a DEI hire.

So essentially the pilot out of fear of being crucified for correcting her, thought it made more sense to ignore the warnings. Sure, that makes a lot of sense. You did not read your source, did you. It explicitly states that there is a belief from the military that multiple things contributed to the crash. Do yourself a favor, wait for the report before you trying to assess blame. You have instead decided what you want the cause to be to promote your political beliefs instead of waiting to see what all the evidence shows.
