President Trump was 100% Correct about the Reagan Airport Aircraft Crash - DEI KILLS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely no indication anywhere that any DEI policy had anything to do with that crash.
Double ☑️☑️

Absolutely no indication anywhere in the revealed evidence at this point that any incompetence via the helo crew or the ATC had anything to do with that crash.
Double ☑️☑️

Which might be true but is irrelevant biased blathering in regards this crash.
Double ☑️☑️

None of what you posted though contradicts what I posted in regards the OP's own linked article that totally contradicted their Thread Title and thread premise.
Double ☑️☑️
Does the helicopter pilot have the attributes that satisfy the DEI criteria? What percentage of helicopter meet that criteria, considering they're all supposedly white males?
Wasn't the crash 100% preventable if the pilot followed correctly verbal orders?

As I pointed out: Correlation isn't necessarily causation but causation REQUIRES correlation.

And from my other post:
DEI does something to you. It reprograms your brain into believing that you really deserve something you didn't infact earn. 'Cocky' would be the word if it was a white male.

You can believe whatever you want but your claim that the OP's conclusion had zero evidence is just wrong.

Amazing.... :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: Looking forward to anyone showing that the Warrent Officer's flight records are sub par.

The OP's conclusion is definitely biased against the evil "DEI" but their thread title and premise remain totally unfounded and sans evidence.

I'm not denying it was pilot error.
What I'm asking angry you is what's the conspiracy theory here?
Do you understand the question?
Imagine how upset the right would be if she were Black as well as female.

BULLFEATHERS

Her instructor more than likely felt like he was walking on egg shells - he was proctoring a female who happened to be a Biden Whitehouse Aid . Had he had pulled ranked the socialist demon Rats would have crucified him for being a "neanderthal misogynist "
First off, you have absolutely no evidence to support this right wing drivel.

Second, even if you were 100% correct, this is still a failure on the instructor's part. Congratulations, you've just proven me right. The white male instructor failed massively in his duties to oversee the safety of the flight because he was worried about being called names? Sounds like he never should have been in that seat. He wasn't qualified to be an instructor.

So she being low time means she was unqualified? Is that your position?

First off, you have absolutely no evidence to support this right wing drivel.
An inference is a conclusion or opinion reached based on the available facts and evidence.

It's a process of reasoning from what is known to what might be true, often used to make educated guesses or assumptions about things we can't directly observe.

And even if your wild ass guess is correct, you are proving me right. The instructor was unqualified and never should have been on that helicopter. He failed in his duty, because he was worried about politics. That means he was the DEI hire.

PURE UNADULTERATED BULLCRAP - PART II

Excerpt from the NTSB Accident Report AIR2501

"PAT25’s VFR flight plan entailed transiting Washington, DC, airspace following standard helicopter routes established by the FAA: Route 1 to Route 4. Beginning at the American Legion Bridge near Cabin John, Maryland, Route 1 follows the western shore of the Potomac River before crossing Key Bridge in Washington, DC. Route 1 then follows the eastern shore of the Potomac with the Kennedy Center and Lincoln Memorial to the east and Rosslyn to the west, avoiding prohibited airspace, and crosses Memorial Bridge, a compulsory reporting point (see figure 2).5 At this point, the maximum allowable altitude on Route 1 is 200 ft above mean sea level (msl). "

That flight plan was created by the pilot and filed with the FAA. It was not created by the FAA and then given to the pilot as you claimed.

It was also a VFR flight plan, as you should have been able to read from the quote. It was not an IFR flight plan, and thus not one of the required IFR flight plans referenced in AIM 5-1-6, as you had claimed.

Re this case and others, sometimes I think jumping to conclusions based on our prejudices should be an Olympic event.

As I pointed out: Correlation isn't necessarily causation but causation REQUIRES correlation.

Which only further demonstrates that this had nothing to do with DEI.

What you are illustrating is not correlation. You only have a single data point for DEI criteria and a single data point for pilot-error crashes.

In order to establish any kind of correlation at all, you would need to compare the frequency of pilot-error crashes among people with that DEI criteria against the frequency of pilot-error crashes among people without that DEI criteria.

Since the DEI criteria in this case is gender, that frequency comparison has already been made. Here are the results:

"Males had a higher rate of accidents than females, and a higher portion of the male accidents resulted in fatalities or serious injuries than for females."

Since, as you say, "causation REQUIRES correlation," and there is no positive correlation between being a female pilot and the rate of pilot-error accidents, that causation cannot be there.

There is an inverse correlation there, though.

Female pilots are statistically better at Aeronautical Decision-Making on average than their male counterparts, with both a lower rate of accidents and and lower rate of fatalities or injuries from the accidents that they do have.

DEI does something to you. It reprograms your brain into believing that you really deserve something you didn't infact earn. 'Cocky' would be the word if it was a white male.
NAILED IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She only had 500 hours of flying experience which included classroom and virtual hours.
She was BIDEN'S WHITEHOUSE AIDE
I'm certain that she acted like she was entitled and untouchable.
She was a rape counselor -
Her MALE instructor was definitely intimidated - she was well connected and she was a Rape counselor -

if CWO2 Eaves did not approve her performance she could have easily accused him of failing to pass her because she refused his sexual advances.

SHe was undergoing annual flight evaluation, often referred to as a flight review, which is is a required evaluation of a pilot's skills and aeronautical knowledge.

NAILED IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How many hours of flying experience do you think someone should be required to have before they can take their annual flight review?

How do you propose that people should go about getting those extra hours of flying experience, so that they will be qualified to take an annual flight review?

if CWO2 Eaves did not approve her performance she could have easily accused him of failing to pass her because she refused his sexual advances.

Are you suggesting that Eaves signed off on that flight review posthumously?

Perhaps you could provide a link? That part of the story would definitely be worth a read.

Pilot error is the cause of most plane crashes. White males are usually the pilots. No one, Male, female, black, white or brown gets to fly a Black Hawk for the military without the proper training. She made a terrible mistake. Let's just pray for the families and STFU about it.

Seems the Army stated she was qualified after extensive testing.

"The flight crew of PAT25 consisted of an instructor pilot (IP), pilot, and a crew chief. According to information provided by the US Army, both pilots were current and qualified in the accident helicopter. The IP held the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 2 and had accumulated about 968 total hours of flight experience, of which about 300 hours were in the accident helicopter make and model. The pilot held the rank of Captain and had accumulated about 450 total hours of flight experience, of which about 326 hours were in the accident helicopter make and model. The crew chief held the rank of Staff Sargeant and had accumulated about 1,149 total flight hours, all of which was in UH-60 helicopters

"Rebecca began her career in the United States Army as a distinguished military graduate in ROTC at the University of North Carolina, and was in the top 20% of cadets nationwide. She achieved the rank of Captain, having twice served as a Platoon Leader and as a Company Executive Officer in the 12th Aviation Battalion, Davison Army Airfield, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. With more than 450 hours of flight time, she earned certification as a pilot-in-command after extensive testing by the most senior and experienced pilots in her battalion.

The 12th Aviation Brigade ought to fight a training center away from the DC area.

It is well known that the Socialist Demon Rats use arbitrary sexual innuendo for power, fun and profit

The 12th Aviation Brigade ought to fight a training center away from the DC area.

Perhaps you could start a thread all about military training locations and logistics to get your feelings off your chest, but for now, try to focus.

You don’t think she should have been taking her annual flight review because she only had 500 hours. So how many hours do you think a pilot needs to have before they are qualified to have an annual flight review with a qualified instructor?

Do you understand what the purpose of a flight review is?

The failing NY TIMES sat on the story for over 3 months . Now they finally disclosed that On the night of January 29, Army Black Hawk pilot Capt. Rebecca Lobach was conducting an annual flight evaluation with her co-pilot Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Loyd Eaves, who was serving as her flight instructor. The Biden Administration had a regulation requiring federal agencies use DEI over MERITS.

View attachment 67570128
Her instructor told her REPETEADLY NOT TO EXCEED the 200 feet Helicopter Limit feet , to remain to the LEFT of the air corridor. SHE FAILED OR REFUSED. 100% PILOT ERROR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DEI KILLS

Questions needing answered:

1) If this was an annual check, then this should not have been a problem for an experienced pilot. Therefore, does her record show previous instances of pilot error? If so was she given "a break" due to any DEI policy or bias?

2) If would be most useful to know if accidents, pilot testing, or necessary remedial training varies by sex or gender in the service.

Till then, we really don't know if it was DEI or just what is statistically "normal" among pilots - male pilots have also been in fatal crashes due to pilot error.

Yes.
These dei hires are so sketchy.
I mean, dont they understand women menstruate?
Who's idea was it to allow menstruating women to pilot black hawk helicopters?
The notion is so patently absurd.
I hope the NTSB checked for a tampon, because someone needs to get to the bottom of this.
And women have female hormones, by God!!!!!!!!
How can you trust someone with female hormones swirling around in their tiny little heads? There's just not enough room in those tiny little heads to hold enough brains to properly pilot a black hawk helicopter.
Period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( take a breath) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Am i the only one with half a brain here!!!!!!!!!!!@!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there's one thing white males excel at it's crashing airplanes into stuff.
Last I heard, the 9-11 Arabs held the new record, which they took over from the Japanese kamikaze pilots.
