Inability in a given moment has nothing to do with circumstance of the individual involved, but everything to do with their sex or the color of their skin. Her human error couldn’t possibly be duplicated by a White male under her same circumstances, the same totality of those circumstances minus her sex. No… :rolleyes:

You're using the terms wrong.

The clearance was not to exceed 200 feet.
 
It's really amusing to watch @Contumacious declare:
1) All clearance deviations are intentional
and
2) Instructor pilots are not ultimately in charge of the flight

Flight plans are created by pilots and then filed with the FAA. The FAA does not create flight plans and then issue them to pilots.

Nor does this incident have anything to do with flight plans. This was about aircraft separation.

Not suggesting it wasn’t human error. In fact I acknowledged it was. I suggest it wasn’t tied into the fact that she is female, thus some sort of DEI hire.

It was possible of anyone in the same totality of circumstance (which might include ineptitude) at that given moment, including a White male pilot.

The pilot's previous flight evaluations


But he definitely knows she was unqualified. On what facts is this based, one wonders.

It actually did involve a white male instructor pilot, who also failed to realize the dangerous situation until it was too late. Weirdly, not a single right winger is criticizing the white male pilot at all, let alone suggesting he was a DEI hire.
