I respect anyone who is/was in our military. It's an important job, and I'm glad that we have people willing to put their lives on the line for our freedoms.
However, this was is not about our freedoms or about our security. IT is sheerly out of the averice of one man who wanted to settle a score for his dad and re-pay the people who helped him get in office.
This is not liberal hippie crap, I'm not a Liberal-- this is factual evidence. No-bid contracts were handed out to the oil company that gave Bush money.
It started out as WoMD, but the army ruled out that possibility, so Bush went onto anotehr motive for the war, one that can sit with our consiences much easier: we came to liberate people. America's love is liberty, it's what we do.
Now, wouldn't that sit well with all the other excuses we're been given: Horboring Terrorists, WOMD, Liberating Iraq, but you know what? It's like double-think, having to forget what's happened in the past to exept what's in the present. Well, I'm against all forms of Statism, and I think it's the only true "anti-Family Morals" that Republicans speak of, so you must forgive me if I humbly disagree with you on this.
PS: I, in no way, hold any contempt for the soldiers of this war (Other than the ones who are not doing what they are mandated to do).
