The point of the post (and my thanks to the Moderators, as I completely cocked up the rules here) was that Hamas' support of the Ground Zero Mosque coincides with the President's support for the GZ Mosque ... the meeting of extreme Islam on the one hand and Democratic, egalitarian religious tolerance on the other. I find it odd that both Hamas and Mr. Obama agree that Muslims "must have houses of worship" (regardless of location) in order for America (not the greater Islamic world) to show "compassion and religious egalitarianism."
No one has yet asked the itching questions:
-When will Islam show its religious egalitarianism? Tolerance?
As far as I know mecca does not have parades and homosexuality is a major sin in that religion.(as well as other religions) So the idea that they would allow a parade for something their religion not only opposes but considers a major sin in one of their most sacred cities is totally absurd.-When will Mecca, the holiest of Islamic cities, hold a Gay Pride Parade?
-When will the Islamic world build synagogues and churches?[/COLOR]
Of course they support it. It's a long-standing Islamic tradition to build a mosque at the point of a great conquest. It's like crapping in your front yard, then rubbing your nose in it.
Don't go to Saudi Arabia...problem solved. I wouldn't go there either; place sucks.
Let's build a gay bar right next to the mosque!! Call it "al-Gaybar", or غاي با

What was the gay bar in Police Academy? I think it should be that one.
Hamas nod for Ground Zero mosque
Terror group's leader: 'Have to build it'
By S.A. MILLER in Washington and TOM TOPOUSIS in New York
I have a question. If David Duke said that a church needed to be built in a specific place, would we then stop building it?

Two thoughts:
1. I wonder what Hamas thinks of the color blue
2. I am pretty sure Hamas is in favor of building mosques pretty much everywhere since they are islamic.
Yes, I would urge that the "David Duke Church" be "stopped" for the same reason the Islamic Society/Cordoba House should be stopped and moved.
GZ is hallowed ground.
The Islamists should move elsewhere and listen to the will of New Yorkers and those who are victims of Islamic terrorism.
NYers are the ones who said that it's okay.

Unanimously, in fact.
Did David Duke kill over 3,000 Americans citing his religion when doing it?

Wrong again. It was not voted on by new yorkers. City employees decided.
I can tell you with a great amount of certainty that, the Imam and the mosque attendees haven't.
This isn't rome, so we use a representative democracy instead of a direct one.
Moreover, I was referring to polling, which shows that people in manhattan don't share your sense of outrage.
But the Imam blamed America for 9.11 not the terrorists and we have no idea where his money is coming from.
Meanwhile, a Greek Othodox church that was destroyed on 9.11 still can't get their permits approved by the city. Why is that?
So, he's entitled to say and/or think whatever he wants.
You're certainly not the arbitrator of all that is fair and good in this nation.
Don't know and don't care, if something comes out about the city denying them based on religious discrimination, then we'll have something to talk about.
Right now, it's a straw man.
No, Saddam Hussein was. Get it right.Hamas was behind 9/11?
