How so?

Flynn had every opportunity to fight this. But he didn't. He instead took a plea deal and cooperated with several ongoing Federal Investigations. Investigations that included his old business partners.

But instead he plead guilty... twice and affirmed to the judge under oath that there was no hanky panky going on with his interview. All while represented by high priced lawyers.

So either we believe him and he is guilty... because he said so under oath... twice or that he has been lying about lying.

Flynn acted as a foreign agent while serving in the capacity of National Security Advisor. He lied to the FBI. He got caught lying to the FBI. He pled guilty to lying to the FBI. The FBI is clearly not without its issues but when you try to rehabilitate an obvious piece of **** human and a disgrace to the uniform you just end up looking stupid.

And the DoJ dropping his case is clearly a shadow pardon for everyone who's ****ing paying attention. But clearly let's keep blaming Obama.

I dont recall anyone on the complaining about the doj excercising prosecutional discretion when it benefited Hillary Clinton. Complaining about it now rings hollow.

The charges are being dropped because Bill Barr wants them dropped.

He still plead guilty.... twice. Knowingly and willfully.

We will see if the judge keeps the guilty plea.

Investigating your hero is not illegal.

Law enforcement should not be afraid to look into the connections between political candidates and enemies of the United States simply because the candidate can scream loud enough about a “deep state”.
