I wish to ask a favor from any poster of this forum

I'm sure the posters of this forum has heard of the storms and damage that effected some parts of America over this past weakend.

Sadly it has come to my attention that some of my family was effected as well 3 of my cousins lost their homes in the storms in Eastern Kentucky.
One is in the hospital the others are living on the kindness of neighbors.

You always see these natural disasters and feel sad for the victims.
Until one day the victims is somebody you know family that you had dinner with and vacationed with.

Do not misunderstand this favor I want , I want no pity or sadness, my cousins like me wouldn't take it anyway.

AS A FAVOR I WANT ONLY THE POSTERS BEST WISHES FOR NOT ONLY MY FAMILIES RECOVERY BUT ALL FAMILIES THAT WERE HURT OR LOST BY THESE STORMS.:peace
 
But of course. I'll keep your family and the others who were affected in my thoughts.

Oh by the way I respect your slang useing the word "BOSS", but I never was one just a factory worker on the line. lol:peace
 
You got it. Thoughts and prayers headed their way. Those storms were brutal. I hope as many as possible can come out of them alright.

In my opinion we can not question nor fight nature we can only try to survive it and when it gets nasty clean up and start again.

Well, I guess I can consider myself lucky my one cousin is in the hospital with hip and back injuries but my others came out ok .
My other cousin lost the top of her house she is 80 and her husband is 84, but they wethered the storm
The other cousin , half her house trailer is gone but she and the kids are well.

I thank you for your kindness and best wishes , I always believed in Karma for the kindness youv'e and others have shown something nice will happen to you at least that is my belief.:peace

God bless your family. We had the same tornados land about 10 minutes up the road, half a mile from my sons school. The effects are devastating to say the least. I will make sure to include you and your family in my prayers brother.

They are in my thoughts. I have some friends that live in the Harrisburg Illinois area and that place got smoked too. I hope your family has a speedy recovery and get back on their feet as soon as possible.

You are a kind person thank you for your time and kind thoughts, I live in Michigan so I know about the destrution of Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin areas. It is my wish and prayers that not only my family and your friends have a speedy recovery but all who have suffered in these storms.:peace

I thank for your kind words sometimes words can be so harsh you wished they were never spoken , but other times words can be worth more than gold.
May your future be filled with the words that are as precious as these.:peace
 
Having been through a couple of them I understand the chaos and sorrow. It initially seems devastating and the future appears bleak but human beings are resilient. I think of you and yours and all the others in similar situations every time the warnings begin. We will persevere.

I thank you for your kindness , and it's always good to here from any person to keep your chin up.

However my family does not back up, although we may disagree on many things, when outside trouble comes we band together.

I recently was in touch with my cousin , they live in Eastern Kentucky I live in Michigan I ask if she needed in help with things or family,
Her answer No we can handle this, just got some things to take care of.:peace
