He makes good points because the moment you have a camcorder running it's not prostitution anymore, it's adult filmmaking.
That's the hypocrisy writ large.
The point is, whether or not money is changing hands is irrelevant because what SHOULD be relevant are consent and safety.
Everything else falls by the wayside.
Safety is both parties feeling like this is what they are intent on doing and both parties agree not to harm each other or other closely connected parties who
may not be indirectly involved in the act itself. That doesn't include strangers who don't know the parties involved.
Consent consists of both parties openly agreeing that they both want to be where they are, doing what they are doing.
Money changing hands is incidental and in the end, money always changes hands anyway because money is how the world works.
Money changes hands for literally EVERYTHING in the world.
I don't have to want it or approve of it but it still needs to be legal and measures to ensure consent and safety must be in place.
PS: Yes of COURSE all parties MUST BE of legal age and not deemed hardened criminals or psychopaths.
