El Salvador’s President Says He Won’t Return Man Who Was Mistakenly Deported

As has been mentioned time and again, they wouldn’t have accidentally sent him to El Salvador if he had due process.
Just a suggestion, but you may want to \actually look up the court transcript to see what was said before making unequivocal statements.

To not see the sickness behind this takes a certain kind of soullessness, which unfortunately is all too common in humans.
To imagine sickness takes a certain kind of soullessness, which unfortunately is all too common in leftists.

Lutherf, do you believe it’s okay for Trump to disobey the Supreme Court and are you okay with Trump’s plans to send U.S. citizens to El Salvador?
How is he disobeying the Supreme Court?

Of course it is.
Wrong as usual.

He asked you a question. You ran away.
Wrong as usual again.
He asked and I gave replies. That is not running. Can't help it if he doesn't like the replies.
Nor do I or anyone else have to answer questions here.

His questions as to my thoughts of "intent" were, and still are, irrelevant.

Like you ran away from the proof I gave you earlier.
iLOL
You gave no such thing. As you were told.

You linked to false assertions. Not proof.

It's what you do.
Yes, Pointing out that a person is wrong when they absolutely are wrong (as you were is what everyone should do.

Care to embarrass yourself again with the same lame argument? I doubt it since information proving you wrong was posted.

And? There has never been a requirement to answer a poster's question.

I am not trying to have a conversation with anyone, though said conversations may break out from time to time. I am simply responding to what was said.
If you do not want to respond don't. It matters not to me.
Look, it is not difficult. At least, not for most. You replied to my post, but your reply had nothing to do with what i posted. I gather you did not intend to reply to my post.

Anyone hear Trump's hot mic moment about sending "homegrowns" to El Salvador?
Geezus christ. I've been gone for the evening and hadn't heard about it.

We've been pointing out that trump is likely going to rendition citizens. Now, we have confirmation that he and his administration are considering doing this:

President Donald Trump on Monday doubled down on his idea of sending U.S. citizens to foreign prisons, telling El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele he wanted to send "homegrown criminals" to his country next, according to a video posted by Bukele's office on X.

The comments came as Trump welcomed Bukele, a key partner in his migrant deportations, to the White House amid controversy over the Supreme Court saying the administration should "facilitate" the return of a migrant from Maryland wrongfully sent to a notorious Salvadoran mega-prison.

As the two men entered the Oval Office, before reporters were allowed in the room, Trump discussed his proposal to send what he called American "criminals" accused of violent crimes to El Salvador and told Bukele he needed to build more prisons to house them.

"Homegrown criminals next," Trump said, according to a livestream posted by Bukele's office. "I said homegrowns are next, the homegrowns. You gotta build about five more places."

Bukele was heard responding "alright" and others in the room laughed....

Trump and various White House officials have repeatedly floated the idea of sending U.S. citizens to El Salvador and other places -- something legal experts have said would be flatly unconstitutional.

On Monday, during a spray with reporters, Trump said his team was "studying" the issue.

"If it's a homegrown criminal, I have no problem," Trump said. "Now we're studying the laws right now, Pam [Bondi] is studying. If we can do that, that's good."...

When Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced the proposal from Bukele back in early February, he called the it "an act of extraordinary friendship." Though at the time, Rubio also noted there would be constitutional questions about such a move, saying there are "obviously legalities involved."...

That is one way to admit you do not know what was actually said.
Good for you. (y)

He asked and I gave replies.
but not answers. Cowardly evasions.

Yes, of course I did. Citations and all.

If you could have refuted the facts you would have.

Instead you ran away.
I doubt it since information proving you wrong was posted.
Posted in which post #?

You posted no such thing and will run away and evade again instead of answering.

How is he disobeying the Supreme Court?
He was ordered to facilitate the guys return. He said he would not do that and he didn't.

It doesn't get any clearer than that

How is he disobeying the Supreme Court?
Why do you think the SC commanded the pig in the White House and the DOJ that reports to him to facilitate his release and proceed as if the mistaken deportation had never happened?
Why is that?

Trump spoke with Bukele, obviously, and that's about all he can do. That's also pretty much the limit of what ANY court can instruct him to do.

Says you? Brahahahaha
What part of this man is an El Salvadorian citizen do you not get?
What part of any illegal in this country is a citizen of another country that you do not get?

He was legally in this country, and he was deported ILLEGALLY, as affirmed by the administration itself, the lower courts, and now the Supreme Court by a margin of 9-0 including the six right wing justices.

The fact that you think terrible things deserve to happen to a man who was here legally and has not been convicted of any wrongdoing, but say absolutely nothing about the government whose deportation actions were illegal, speak volumes. Straight bootlicker bot behavior.

How is he disobeying the Supreme Court?

They are not actively negotiating with El Salvador to get García released from custody there. And the meeting today between Trump and Bukele proves it.

I will ask the second question again because you are apparently too afraid to answer it:

Are you okay with Trump’s plans to send U.S. citizens to El Salvador?

Geezus christ. I've been gone for the evening and hadn't heard about it.

We've been pointing out that trump is likely going to rendition citizens. Now, we have confirmation that he and his administration are considering doing this:
There will be books written and stories told about a wide array of criminal actions taken during this second chaotic trump "administration", I suspect. The corruption and illegality that we are hearing about is certainly surpassed by the stuff we aren't hearing about. His attempts to seize more power by shutting down the courts an usurping Congress' authority are simply gross abuses of power.

But it will come out eventually.

.

Trump did not ask Bukele to send Abrego Garcia back to the U.S.

And, no, that is not the limit. The U.S. has tremendous leverage in this situation.

Hell, the administration is drawing up plans to invade Greenland for God's sake. They can ask Bukele to send Abrego Garcia back.

Trump spoke with Bukele, obviously, and that's about all he can do.
BS. If Trump told him to give the guy back he would be on a plane in an hour.

plus the court odered him to dicument the plan to have him returned.

he is refusing.
That's also pretty much the limit of what ANY court can instruct him to do.
Why do you approve? It's disgusting. It's unpatriotic.
