El Salvador’s President Says He Won’t Return Man Who Was Mistakenly Deported

I always laugh when Trump supporters accuse others of lying. As if they are SO committed to the truth.
iLOL iLOL I laughed twice.
Once for insinuating I am a Trump supporter when I never voted for him, and the second time that you, a person on the left, can't tell she is not be truthful. Which is a norm.

I will not allow you to retract your agreement that we both stipulated that what I wrote is factual.
Next time choose the truth is my advice.
So you continue to lie but in regards to a different thing. Figures.

The Trump administration made a mistake.

They admitted it was a mistake.

Instead of owning up to their mistake like decent, mature people would, Trump chooses to double down on his mistake.

He's not man enough to admit error, mistakes, or losses.

So, a man has to pay a terrible price because Americans voted this disgrace to humanity into the White House.

El Salvador’s President Says He Won’t Return Man Who Was Mistakenly Deported

  • Deportations: In an appearance at the White House with President Trump, President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador said his country would not order the return a Maryland man who was mistakenly deported. Mr. Bukele’s visit came as the Trump administration has stepped up its use of a notorious Salvadoran prison to hold migrants deported by the United States.
  • Lawsuit: The American Civil Liberties Union filed another lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s use of a powerful wartime statute to deport Venezuelan immigrants to El Salvador. The lawsuit, brought in Federal District Court in Colorado, was the third of its kind filed in recent days.
===========
It's almost like El Salvador and our White House are run by a bunch of lawless thugs, who won't do the right thing because it's the right thing.

Makes us speculate whether the Maryland man is still alive.
Birds of a Hitler Heil together

I'm astounded that some American citizens think that folks living here with permission are not entitled to the due process of the law.
As has been mentioned time and again, the guy had due process and was found ineligible for asylum.

It’s not over. There’s still a chance the SC will grow a pair.

I take it English isn't your first language. I'm always envious of those who are multilingual. What's your birth language?

Not true

He was cut off the list because of Trump...

The Ms 13 nonsense was some rando making a claim...but you will take that as gospel since you don't care about actual due process for those you dislike...like immigrants

The SC disagrees with you. Why do you think they UNANIMOUSLY commanded the felon to facilitate his release and proceed as if the mistake was never made?
This should be good….

The 9-0 vote was impressive, to be sure.

However, it seems to have come at the expense of mealymouthed language, creating a gap that enabled the Trump DOJ to drive a truck through.

Just another example of how incredibly dumb Trump thinks his cult are. He expects that they will all believe that there is no way he can influence something as minor as this in El Salvador. Unfortunately, Trump is at least partially correct about the dumbness.

I believe he was granted permission to live here in his last (2019) judicial hearing, no?

If your question is "Bukele has already sent back 9 people to the United States that the Trump admin insists are gang members. So why can’t he send back Abrego-Garcia?"

The answer is he was granted permission to live here.

That entitles him to due process rights.

I take it that you like harping on irrelevant typos. iLOL Typical leftist. Can't argue so attack instead. Figures.
And since you coould get the gist of what was being said just add "ing" to the "be" to figure it out. Duh!

I just wonder how much he was personally paid to say what he said.
I believe it was $6 million.

Cheap, by Trump standards.

Do you have any reaction to my earlier post, which said,

He was not granted Lawful Permanent Resident status. He was placed in some weird "limbo" status where he was still subject to removal, just not to El Salvador.
