A top House Republican accused Democrats Thursday of “dangerously fanning the flames” of extremism and using reports of vandalism and death threats against pro-health reform bill lawmakers for political gain.
The Democratic National Committee responded to Cantor by saying, "Let's be clear: calling on Republican leaders who have contributed in part to this anger by wildly mischaracterizing the substance and motives of health reform to condemn these acts is entirely appropriate."

According to Eric Cantor, the democrats are using the recent threats against them for political gain.
The DNCC has made this statement as a response.
So the question is. Do you think Democrats are using the recent violence against them for political gain?
So stating facts is using "tactics" for political gain? The Republicans and conservative talk show hosts in this country have been fanning the flames and encouraging those who agree with them to ignore the will of the other side. These people feel they are the ones who matter, and since they are being "ignored", some extremists are coming out of the wood work and using threats to try to push politicians to vote their way. This is what was meant by domestic threats.

I say yes. These same politicians bitching about the tea party protesters didn't say a damn thing about when leftist protests turn into riots or nor did they bitched about the rhetoric of die hard Bush Bashers who made up everything from Bush went AWOL,Bush stole the elections, Bush master minded 9-11, Bush is an idiot, Bush lied for war or some other dumb ass idiotic tin foil hat conspiracy bullshit. These people from the leftist/liberal rioters to the leftist conspiracy loons get a free pass while people who for the most part have remained peaceful get slandered by the libs in office.
I would compare these Anti-Bush bashers to the Anti-Obama bashers who believe Obama is intentionally trying to destroy America, Obama isn't an American citizen, Obama is a Muslim, Obama is the Anti-Christ,...
I don't know about you but the Anti-Obama conspiracies IMO are equally extreme and are more widespread than Anti-Bush conspiracies... not counting the "Bush is an idiot"... most people I know believe that one to be true, on the left and right.
I think the anti-Bush conspiracies are generally accepted as fact amongst many libs while these same people have the audacity to mock the Obama conspiracy loons. So I do not think the anti-Obama conspiracy are as wide spread and the anti-Bush conspiracies.

Hey, Obama's Presidency is still in it's relative infancy, compared to Bush's Administration. You never know what's going to happen a few years down the road.
1. Perpetual War
2. Bankruptcy
3. Destruction
4. Chaos
5. Death
So now we have a Republican Congressman being theatened, blaming Democratic Congresmen who were threatened and used it for political gain, and now he is being accused by Democrats of using his threats for political gain, which causes people to threaten Democrats, who use that for political gain and... I'm confused.
