CA Homeowner Shoots and Kills Armed Home Invader, Wounds 2 Others as Children Have Sleepover | Guns Save Lives

A homeowner in Sacramento is being treated for non life threatening wounds after successfully fighting off 3 armed home invaders who tried to attack his home last night.
The homeowner grabbed a weapon after 3 armed men tried to break into the home, and opened fire.
The homeowner was shot by one of the suspects, but he managed to shoot all 3 suspects. One of the shot suspects died at the scene and the other 2 are being detained by police as they try to figure out exactly what happened.
Residents say there were children in the home at the time of the attempted home invasion. There may have been a children’s slumber party going on at the time of the attack.

Have you ever notices that when stories like this happen the media in general ignoresthem.If they happen to give these stories a token mention. They don't post his or her picture and name. They don't ponder why he or she did it. They don't constantly talk about him or her. They don't interview any of the people whose lives were saved to ask them stupid questions like how are you feeling or do you feel glad that person saved your life. They don't provide a soap box for 2nd amendment advocates suggesting that we should arm more people or to loosen anti-2nd amendment regulations. But should a pathetic loser decides to murder some innocent people the media does the complete opposite.

It may be more recognized after it's sorted out.

The question of why 3 armed men would attack a home deserves more enlightenment. I hope this thread will be updated when the details are given.

Wow, in anti-gun CA thats kind of amazing. Nice to know those ridiculous laws didn't leave him entirely disarmed. But yeah, this will not get media attention. No fear here to sell or use to push legislation.

Editor’s note: We are thankful that the homeowner was fast acting and armed or we could be talking about a mass murder of children at a slumber party today.

The question of why 3 armed men would attack a home deserves more enlightenment. I hope this thread will be updated when the details are given.

It would be nice as well if the media reports what they know, then ends with "more when we know more" instead of repeating all kinds of incorrect information over and over again.

This sort of happy Christmas event is an unnatural act in California. The California loons want their victims unarmed so that they are easy prey for the non-taxpaying majority.

Almost correct, but you left out the part where a lawyer will probably be representing the injured "perps" for an on the job injury.

I would too. All things considered, a handgun or a shotgun would be the most probable bet... simply because handguns are "handy" and shotguns are very common.

Not all Californians believe in banning guns. My MIL lives alone, just outside Sacramento, and she doesn't believe in banning guns. And she'll prove it if she has to.
