Bros before hos?
his apology seemed real on leno, as a matter of fact, it was a pretty awkward moment. he knows he was an idiot.
I think that was the real issue here. He was upset that a white gal won.He acted like a racist, if this would be a white guy taking away an award from a young beyonce because a white girl didnt win, there would be riots.
Ordinarily this would be a very good point but this is about the 'Beer Summit' president, so your post is borderline off-topic.Personally, if I were President, I wouldn't care to have this made public just because I think it kinda demeans the Office and, imho, seems unprofessional to be involved in any public way with things so incredibly trivial.
YMMV
Iirc, the title of teh thread is Why would you want to suppress this?Ordinarily this would be a very good point but this is about the 'Beer Summit' president, so your post is borderline off-topic.
If all you have is a hammer...Anything that does not fit the proper image of the Messiah must be expunged!
Quick, I'll hold the rug up, you sweep!
Though I disagree with his policies, I must say that he's a very likable guy.I particularly like the way he said it, which makes it even more disappointing that they'd clamp it down.

me too, but that's another storyI just dislike the shroud of media worship that's been built around him...
A smart colleague emails:
This Kanye West/Terry Moran thing - could it possibly have worked out better for Obama, politically?
He gets to say publicly what most people think about Kanye West.
Specifically, he gets to play against (perceived) type - the liberal black president criticizing a black rapper. Sister Souljah times two, right?
He gets to remain presidential because it was supposed to be a private remark that we weren't supposed to hear.
If I'm Axelrod/Emanuel/Gibbs, I'm trying to figure out how I can get the press to make more such gaffes.
