Yes. Anywhere that people congregate in close proximity should be closed down for the duration. If the economy suffers so be it. Economies recover; we're still here after all the pandemics we have had to deal with in the past, including the Black Death and the devastating 1918 outbreak, have come and gone.

I don't see that. Citizen compliance from my observance is around 95%. Virtually 100% of the schools and government has shut down. Yet no improvement. Those arrogant libertarians probably comprise less than 5% of the population. In line with my observed compliance rate.
