Who thinks the state made the case for a murder2 conviction?

Has the case been made for a murder conviction?

Do you want us to analise it?

Thank you for voting yes sharon, because you just proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that your beliefs are ideological and have nothing to do with the facts.

unlike you?

unlike you?

Sorry, but my beliefs are based on the facts presented at the trial... If you disagree, then why don't you explain your position.

p.s. I noticed neither you or spanky have voted... Why is that?

have you considered not describing yourself as a conservative? it may make your claim more believable ...

Say what?

I don't give a damn whether a person is liberal, conservative, socialist, communist or even a nazi... The facts are the facts, and if you have watched this trial from day 1 like I have, you would know that murder has not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt, or anything even resembling a reasonable doubt.

I don't like public polls...they're for weiners and analizers.

From what I've seen on TV the state hasn't proven murder 2. Manslaughter would require rejecting the self defense argument and I don't see where they disproved that either.

not enough info yet ... in fact, jurors are instructed not to form an opinion until ALL of the evidence is in ... it's the best way to be objective. But as Mr. or Ms. Objective, you already know that, don't you?

The prosecution has rested... All the evidence against Zimmerman has already been presented.

Not for chicken****s and blowhards.

I never understood why people make their polls public. If they're private you get more participation.

Must be a voyeur thingy.

Even with a clearly biased judge the states case is all circumstancial.

Sure it will get more participation, that's because the flakes and agenda driven idiots can hide and don't have be held to their vote... Making the vote public means you will get people who's convictions and beliefs are substantive and real, and weeds out all the agenda driven BS'ers.

No, it just gives you a hate list.

I think you should tell people who vote in disagreement with you they will be "held to their vote"...whatever weird gestapo thing that means....

LMAO... No, it just means you will have to back up your vote, which explains why you haven't done so...

I'm done with your games... Buh bye,

The question is "Who thinks the state made the case for a murder2 conviction?"

The states case is over, so you are free to vote.

the state is not done until the trial is over ... good night ...

Your poll is running 20 to 1 with the lone contrarian voice being Margot.

What does that tell you? I know what you're thinking though, that you're good enough, that you're smart enough and gosh darnit, people like you!

Translation: I'm going to play dumb like spanky, because I know the state hasn't made the case for murder2, but I can't say that because my ideological beliefs are more important than being honest is.

Not necessarily (although it is probable). There is a chance that the prosecution can still score points upon cross examination of defense witnesses, expecially if the defense (foolishly) offers up GZ.

Other than Z testifying, I really can't see them scoring any points that would change things.
