It looks as if MAGA has succeeded in rewriting history: Russia did NOT invade Ukraine. Russia has NOT been brutalizing Ukraine.

Russia did NOT kidnap 20,000 Ukrainian children.

Not really, since Zelenskyy didn't allow the double team to go uncontested. From a deal making perspective Trump got left holding the bag and mainly because he decided to go off script and now can't brag about his "rare earth" deal. I don't find bullying people with less leverage a sign of strength, quite the opposite actually. Since I've never seen Trump take a stand against the world's strongmen, it's pretty clear he's just another useless bully.

I think that is pretty accurate. Now Zelensky can go home with nothing because he showed up wanting to play a cowboy but didn't have a horse nor a lasso. The only people I feel sorry for are the Ukrainians.

What other countries do you mean ? What other countries ? Ukraine have been a Russian territory for centuries !!! Russia has developed from Kiev's principality.
What other "countries" has Russia ever attacked ?

I dispute his commitment to peace.

Seems to me that if he wanted to be a true intermediary, he would have sought to bring both sides to the table. That's not what Trump is doing. He's switched us from being a backer of Ukraine to being a backer of Russia, pure and simple.

Belarus, Finland, Poland.

And Ukraine is an independent nation..."the past" doenst make invading it and taking it right.

Why should Russia take what isnt theirs? They had no security reasons, no one was threatening Russia...so that's their lie.

And in 1991, Ukraine became a sovereign nation independent from Russia. And in 2022, Russia attacked and invaded Ukraine.
