Perhaps it was an unguarded moment, but the White House has confirmed that the Justice Department is conducting a “criminal investigation” regarding Hillary Clinton’s personal email use – despite repeated and persistent claims from the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee that investigators are pursuing a mere “security inquiry.”
Press Secretary Josh Earnest used the term at Thursday’s briefing, after being asked by Fox News about whether President Obama’s newly unveiled endorsement of Clinton might apply pressure to investigators assigned to the Clinton case.
Earnest rejected the premise, saying the job of career prosecutors is to follow the evidence to its logical conclusion.

I'm not too sure about that... The story that broke this morning on ABC News about her appointing a six figure Clinton Foundation donor with no experience, to a sensitive government intelligence board while she was Secretary of State, is going to be a tough one for her to run away from.

Probably, but if Obama wanted to cause the least amount of damage to the DNC while sticking it to Hillary he would endorse her before an indictment was served just so that Clinton supporters would feel simpatico with Obama.

If he endorsed Bernie and then the indictment was served it would look bad to Hillary supporters.

Now he can say his hands were tied and he's just as shocked as everyone else ... which of course is how Obama plays all bad news.

Once Obama went out and supported/encouraged the Hillary Clinton presidency, that was a clear signal to the FBI and other investigative agencies.

I think it is going to be very difficult for any Justice Department employee to disown Obama's choice.

The very minute that Obama made his announcement yesterday, that was the bitter end to any possible charges being brought forth against Hillary.

Just like the Economic Terrorists at the banks, Hillary is now "Too Big To Fail".
